      You have now charged me 3 times @199 when I requested my product shipment be cancelled numerous times. This is extremely unethical. I will be taking action if you do not refund my money. Shameful behaviour

      Hello,

      We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. If you have not cancelled your account has rolled into a monthly subscription as agreed to by the terms and conditions (you had to agree to the terms to be able to place the order). We did not receive a cancellation request from you in the allotted time, so we naturally assumed that you were satisfied with the product and charged you accordingly, as agreed to by the Terms and Conditions.

      As a one time courtesy, we went ahead and issued a full refund for the last order in April without the need to return the products. Please allow **** business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

      Rest assured, the account is canceled and you won't receive any further charges.

      After seeing an advertisement on ********* I ordered one bottle of Biolyfe Keto gummies, supposedly backed by ******************* and other celebrities. I was immediately charged $199.99 on 9/14/22, which was not authorized and then another $60.00 on 9/15/22. I was shipped 5 bottles, which I did not order. I contacted the company and was told to send the products back, at my cost. I told the representative that I wanted a full refund and everything to be cancelled because this was not approved by me. I was told I would receive a refund and that my account was cancelled ( the one I never signed up for ) when the products were returned. On 10/30/22 I was charged another $199.98. Over a month after I canceled and returned 5 bottles I didn't order .This has caused me to incur late charges and interest charges on a credit card that had a zero balance and effected my credit score. This company illegally charged my credit card and has false advertising on top of it. I am beyond frustrated I am still dealing with this. I have contacted an attorney as well. Stay far away from this company!

      I spoke with a representative in September 2022 and canceled everything and returned the products I did NOT order. I also had to pay for shipping to return the product, I did not order.
      I am rejecting this response because: The refund amount was not the full amount that was charged to my credit card. There were multiple unauthorized charges to my credit card. The total with fees I want refunded is $640.15, along with credit repair, since this has incurred late fee, interest charges and my credit to drop. After investigating your company, I have found that you have scammed many people and have many complaints here on BBB and on other platforms.

      I purchased what I thought was a one time purchase of 5 bottles of the Biolyfe Keto Gummies. I received and paid for 5 bottles. I reached out to Biolyfe inquiring about additional charges to my credit card and was told that another shipment was on the way. This was never authorized nor did I purchase a subscription. I just reached out again as there was another charge to my card (now three). The agent offered to provide a 50% ($49.99) credit to my credit card account. I have now been charged a total of $559.93, $299.94 of which I am disputing. To sum it up, I have only received 5 bottles (the agreed upon amount) of the gummies, I have paid a total of $599.93 and Biolyfe refuses to make this right. I also would like to point out that I receive all of my mail via a PO Box, and nothing has been sent to this address (mail going to my physical address is refused, and that is the address they stated the shipments are being sent to). Lastly, I have found that there have been many other individuals who have been scammed by this company and would like for this to be rectified immediately by refunding my account $299.94.

      After my initial order I didn't see a difference so had no plans to reorder. It was a surprise when I received my second package. I looked them up online and called the number on their website ************** followed their instructions and left detailed message that I wanted to return and to cancel any future shipments. No one responded nor did I receive an email on how to return for refund. I have called several times with no response. I now have 4 bags of Ketp-Gummies unopened that i want to return. I see many other people have the same issues. It's a shame I have to file a complaint with BBB to get a response but do not want any more Gummies or charges.

      On 9-14-22, I paid what I thought was $119 for BioLyfe Keto Gummies, 3 jars and 1 free bonus jar of supplements. My **** was charged $199.99, instead.On 9-30-22, I filed a claim for fraud on my card with my bank. I was issued provisional credit while the bank investigated.In October, I received the gummies. I returned them the same month, after calling *******'s customer service number and reporting my dispute within the 30 day refund period. Through October and November, I received no refund. On 12-7-22, I called Biolyfe. They confirmed they did receive the product back and would refund me, minus $49 restocking fee. I received an email that day, stating my refund had been issued to my credit card.However, I had cancelled that card to prevent future auto-charges from this company. Biolyfe assured me that it would still deposit into my bank account. My bank confirmed they received no credit from this company.I called Biolyfe again. They insisted I close the fraud investigation, and then they would issue the refund. I called my bank and had them close the investigation, and remove the provisional credit.I called Biolyfe again, to report that the fraud case was closed. They insisted on a 3-way call with my bank to confirm this.I called Biolyfe again, with my bank on the phone confirming I had no refund from Biolyfe. ******* said they would make a note of it and re-request the refund.I called Biolyfe again today, asking for "store credit," since they have received the product and I have not received my refund. I was told they can't do that, since they are still waiting "for the billing department to answer."I have called Biolyfe a total of 8 times, requesting my refund and reporting that I have never received it. Each and every time I call, I'm told that "a supervisor has asked for information from the billing department," and that only a supervisor can do this. I am told to wait for a call.I'm done waiting. Where is my refund?

The emails have no link, no e-check, no transaction number, nothing.  Issue an actual check instead of sending an empty email, please.

      On December 7, 2022, I ordered five bottles of Keto Gummies for $119.98 via their website. Upon checking my credit card statement, I found that Biolyfe actually charged me $199.99 instead of what they advertised on their website ad. I brought this to their attention and they eventually credited me back the $80 overcharge after arguing over the details of the ad several times. I received the initial shipment of gummies ordered a few weeks later and began trial use of them. However, after a few weeks of use, I noticed no weight loss and decided they weren't working for me. At which point, I had no intention of continuation of their use or making a reorder for more.Fast forward to February **************************************** the mail that I didn't order or authorize containing another five bottles of Keto Gummies. I thought this certainly must be a mistake and checked my credit card statement. Sure enough, Biolyfe had billed me on January 8th for $119.98. This was done without my consent or authorization. I complained to them numerous times by email asking them to refund my money and send a call tag or pre-paid shipping label for return of their products to no avail. They told me that the first order rolls over to a automatic shipment if not cancelled. I never agreed to such a thing when I placed the initial order and feel this is fraudulent. No order or shipping notice was received from them and the gummies just showed up out the blue. If I had known they were being shipped, I would have refused them at delivery. Since I was not getting the desired resolution, I contacted my credit card company and reported these charges as fraudulent whereupon they cancelled my card and referred the matter to their fraud department for investigation. I continued to try and work with ******* for a mutually satisfactory conclusion to this matter, but to this end, they have refused to participate in a reasonable conclusion. Hundreds of similar complaints have been filed at BBB!

      On 2/15/2023 tried ordering one bottle with my prepaid card the website said they did not accept prepaid cards then a few days later I received seven bottles of some product I never ordered and they charged my prepaid for $129.99 on 2/15 and $199.99 on 2/16 after they said they did not accept prepaid I have called and called never can speak to a supervisor or manager they stolled my money and sent a product I never order also they tell me they will have a supervisor call me back and nothing. I told them they need to refund my money or send me the right product and nothing. They keep trying to tell me I didn't order anything from them their website is the only one I went to and tried to order from

      I had a charge on my checking account 1-11-23 in the amount of $119.98. I had no idea what the charge was for as I never placed an order. I called the 800# that was listed on my bank statement I was advised that once I receive the product to call them back. I received the product 4 days later and called back. I received an RMA number and address to send it to, also requested my account be cancelled which they said they would do. This package was sent back on the 24th, sent **** and it shows received it on 1-26-23. Still have not received a refund as of today, 2-14-23 so I called again. This time I was told that the warehouse has received the product and they will now issue a refund, minus $20 for restocking fee. Since I did not order the item I told them they could not charge a restocking fee however they insisted they do charge that and that my refund would be $99.98. Finally agreed to $119.98, $10 short of the amount paid because I lost my patience with the rep I was speaking with. I would warn people about this company because it does appear to be a scam. And yes I would like my full amount refunded

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you ordered the products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It is also stated in our Terms and conditions that the customer will cover the cost of return and shipping, restocking, etc. 

      I already escalated this issue to our billing department, and as a one-time courtesy, I went ahead and waived the restocking fee for the returned products. So, instead of getting $109.98, you will receive the full refund of $119.98. Please check your email ******************* within **** business days.

      Ordered Keto Gummies once. Received them a second time. THEY DONT WORK for me. Called company and cancelled subscription. I continue to receive them and continue to be charged.
