      I ordered what I thought was one bottle of Biolyfe Keto Gummies from their website. When I processed the payment, I saw that they had charged me for 5 bottles. I had unknowingly subscribed to their product. I immediately called the company and was told the shipment had already been sent but I could return when I received it. There was no way possible they had already shipped it, but I had no choice but to wait. The product arrived, I followed the return instructions precisely and sent the product back. I waited over a month and the charge had not been credited to my account. I called the company, had to speak to two different individuals to verify that the return had indeed been received. Neither of them could tell me why my money had not been credited back, but one of the representatives actually said, "We always recommend you follow up to make sure that the refund is processed." Unbelievable. So over the phone they processed the refund, and informed me that there would be a $50 restocking fee, for something that I thought would only cost me $40 when I purchased it. But since they had already charged me ****** for 5 bottles, I said fine, take the $50 restocking fee. I confirmed with my bank that the refund is "in process" finally, but I believe that the way they word the ordering is deceptive, and that they do not process refunds unless and until the customer follows up. I can't imagine how much money they have kept from innocent consumers who did not follow up with their bank. Total scam and buyer beware - run, don't walk, from this company.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you ordered the products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It is also stated in our Terms and conditions that the customer will cover the cost of return and shipping, restocking, etc. 

      As a one time courtesy, we went ahead and issued an addtional refund of $50.00 as the customer requested. Please allow **** business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

      I received a package in the mail from this company. Ive never bought anything from this company before. Im not interested in the product that was sent to me. And Im not able to get in touch with the company to find out how/why the product was sent to me without sharing information.

      We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We received an order from you on 01/13/23 for Biolyfe (5 Bottles) for which you paid $199.99. There is no way for us to place an order for you. You have to enter your credit card information on the checkout page and hit the submit my order button. Without you doing this no order would be placed. We have no way of knowing your credit card information nor can we go to your checkout page and force the order through.

      As a one time courtesy, we went ahead and issued a full refund as the customer requested. Please allow **** business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

      Hello,

      I have read the response from the business. I would like additional
      information before closing the complaint. The company said they refunded the
      money and closed my account - an account I never created or opened. I
      would like to confirm the last 4 digits of the credit card used to make the
      purchase so I can confirm the refund is completed properly - assuming it was
      one of mine.

      How do I respond so that this additional information can be obtained when my
      only choices are reject or accept the business response?

      I ordered some Bio-Lyfe keto Gummies. The package came with five bottles. A month later (12/2022) another package arrived and I called and said I did not order them and wished to return them. The gentleman I spoke to said I would receive a email in a few days and *** could return them and get a refund. I went away for the holidays and never received an email. On Jan. 13th I received a 2nd package with anothern5 bottles. I have not opened the packages and I have called once again. The first time I called the number on the bottle which is **************. I called that again today also and this time got someone in Asia. I then called the name in the return address on the package which is Lyfe time Shipping ,PO ************************************. I looked that number up and called ************. These people have charged my credit card $199.96 each time they send a package.

      Somehow I ended up signing up for a subscription for keto gummies. I would like to cancel. However, this company deceptively does NOT include a shipping slip or receipt with any orders number or contact information. every month they take out money from my bank account. I have no order number because NONE is provided. I NEED TO CANCEL AND STOP THESE CHARGES!

      I ordered keto gummies on my phone and paid with a credit card. It appeared to be a one time order, but later I received another order which I returned. I was charged for the second order any way. I tried calling the company but could never get through. I complained through my credit card company without satisfaction. Then I received a second order which I also returned. But again my credit card was charged and I again refused.This is obviously a fraud. Not ordered. Not cancelled upon request.

      I just received a shipment of 4 bottles of Keto junk I did not order. I found a phone number for them on your site and called: **** (would not provide last name or other ID info) claims I ordered this as a recurring Item. I do not even recall ordering it at all. She started by trying to convince me to keep it for a 50% refund. I told her I need to return it and want them to stop sending it. I was put on hold while she checked on this. She finally come back with return information, by the way I get to pay to return this unauthorized order?!?!?! Supposedly I will not receive further shipments...we will see. not confident so far......I should not have to pay the return shipping and they should pay for that. Supposedly they will reverse the charge on whatever card of mine they charged???? I will be checking with my credit card companies. this is ridiculous.

      $199.98 was just charged to my account on 12/23/2022 after having cancelled my subscription, nor have I received any product in the mail. Im reporting this here as it seems to be an ongoing issue with this company. I would like to receive a refund but since I dont have the product/invoice I dont even know who to contact there to get my money back.

      I ordered the keto start. I didn't like it. I canceled the product and returned my 2nd shipment with a promise of full refund upon receipt. I followed exact instructions on product return. This company's answer now is that the post office could not deliver it back to them so I should take up this matter with them. They give fake returns addresses to keep money for products their customers don't receive. I followed exact instructions and if the post office could not deliver it back to them due to this issue I should still be entitled to a refund. I don't have the product, but they have my money! It's been 3 months, several dozen emails and countless minutes spent on the phone with no resolution.

      Ordered ordered gummies for one time try I received a second shipment and was charged over $200 I sent them back for a refund they promised me a refund of $149.98 I called multiple times never got the money back . And now they're telling me they cannot give me my money back because my bank filed a dispute against the fake charges .. They refused to give me any information on the e-checks that they supposedly sent. They are not willing to help me out at all they are not giving me back any of the money there is 100% proof from my bank that they never even attempted to give me the money back. Pull up their website that we ordered from it is no longer in existence. *** refused to give me a name on who my attorney should be getting a hold of. Order number c57a976a78.. It is now going on month three and they refuse to help me or give me any of the money back. They say they gave me the money back through emails but the bank will 100% clarify none of the money was attempted to be even pending in my account.. They also did not give me or provide proof of any numbers associated with their refund..

      On 12/19/2022, my debt card got declined for a transaction, which wouldn't have made sense as I knew I still had money. I checked my account and I saw there was a charge of $199.99 on my account. I called my bank and asked about that charge stating it was made at 8:40am the day before - not possible as I was still sleeping at that time. They gave me the number to the company Biolyfe.I called Biolyfe asking about this and requested a refund as I did not make this purchase. They said they were unable to refund me as that product had already shipped out. They offered me 50% off and keeping the product instead of a full refund and returning it. I stood my ground saying that I did not make this purchase and to close my so-called account. They confirmed my account had been closed and gave me instructions on how to send the product back.Due to this looking like a "legit" company, my bank isn't doing anything about it except monitoring my account for any suspicious activity. I've even contacted the post office to have that package be on hold and that I will physically pick it up from the post office myself rather than having it delivered to my house.This has caused an incredible amount of stress during a time that is already stressful. Because of this, I'm -$56 in my bank account.I have politely requested a full refund as I did not approve of this purchase and was told to do these ridiculous steps for that to happen. I dont know how my information was received for this transaction to be made. I'm angry. I'm hurt. This is obviously a scam as I'm not alone in this and others are affected as well. Now I'm ****** off. I've been polite about it, and now I'm DEMANDING a FULL REFUND!!If I do not receive a FULL REFUND, I will be taking this to further legal matters.
