      I did order 1 time from Bio-Science Lab some gummies that was promoted by ********************* to help people lose weight. I only wanted to try a one time order that I paid $200.00 for on my credit card. I was to be sent some more so they tried to charge my credit card but my banks fraud ***** called me to check on the validity of the charge which I said no to. Today I received in the mail another shipment of gummies and then found out my credit card had been charged on the June 9th in the amount of $199.99 and my bank did not catch that charge. I sent a message to this company explaining that I did not want to continue using their products and to please take me off their mailing list and do not sent any further products to me.

      This product was advertised as endorsed by *************************, which it wasnt. The order was never confirmed. I simply received a few bottles of pills at an exorbitant amount. I didnt have any way to contact them so I paid it and considered it my loss. I was billed 4/4/23 for 2 charges $60 and $199 (reference BioScience ********** on my credit card statement). It was sent by Ship Metrics with no explanation or phone number or way to return product. I then received a second shipment and billed $199 on next statement. I returned this at a cost of $11.65 in postage with a note telling them to refund my money and not to send any more. It was delivered to them 6/8/23. Yesterday I received another shipment which Im sending back. I want a refund and no more contact with this unethical business.

      I have received two unauthorized charges on my debit card for $199.99 and $60.00, and I have no idea how they got my credit card information? I did not purchase or authorize this charge, and I am beyond angry and upset with this transaction! I would like to know how this transaction was initiated by your company? Im so confused and frustrated that this is happening!!

      I recently received a package of CBD gummies which I didn't order. After realizing no one else purchased these for me, I looked on my credit card bill and found an unknown charge from Biolyfe. There were two charges, one for $199.99 & the other for $60.00. Since this is clearly fraudulent, I reported it and was issued a new credit card number. I have been searching around the internet to understand what kind of scam this is, and found that others have reported the exact same issues/totals, so I am filing my own complaint about this fraudulent transaction.

      On 06/12/23 I ordered Keto ACV gummies with the hopes of loosing some weight. Tried them for a month and got no results that the company said could be expected. I searched the internet for instructions to return the product for a refund. I finally found a phone number but no one answered it. I will gladly return the unused product for a refund of the amount I sent them $169.99 and I would like that amount returned and the account closed I do not give the company permission to access my account again.       I placed an initial order with Biosciences to try the Keto Pills and detox in March 2023. My account was charged $199.99 as agreed and the products were shipped. At no time did I have any indication that this was going to turn into a subscription program. The attached order confirmation makes no reference to a subscription, future charges, or ongoing shipments.I received a second, unwanted and unexpected shipment in late April or early May and was again charged $199.99. I then received a third shipmen and charge in June I was unable to locate a telephone number for the company, but eventually found an an email address. I sent a request to cancel any subscription for this product and refund the amounts charged in May and June. Copy attached. I offered to return the product at my own cost.My email bounced back as undeliverable. I can find no way to contact this company and stop the charges. All I seek is an immediate discontinuation of shipments and a refund of $399.98 for the two shipments that were not ordered or wanted by me. I am willing to return the two shipments if the seller will provide a shipping address.

      Today I received 5 bottles of CBD gummies and 2 bottles of CBD capsules from a company called BioScience in ******* *******. Ive never heard of BioScience and did not place such an order. I contacted my credit card company and there was an unknown charge of $199 which I then disputed. This is an obvious scam. Im not sure how this company received my information other than on perhaps a social media site like Instagram but I do not order products through ************* Ive been trying to find a legitimate website for this company to know avail. I want to return the product and to make sure that no additional products are mailed out to me.

      I order keto +ACV gummies approximately 6 months ago thinking it was a one time order. i have since tried to cancel the automatic ordering process and have received 2 additional orders. i can not figure out how to get this company to stop sending their products and charging me the products that do not work for me. this is why i tried to cancel the ordering process to begin with. I now all this expensive dietary aides that are of no use to me and can not stop the process. i need help in cancelling this process please
