      I saw an ad on Instagram and wanted to read more. I ordered and my card was declined. I decided that was good because it was probably a scam. I received a charge and an order. I decided initially that I deserved the charge for my stupidity. However I was just charged again and I didn't even agree to the 1st order. There is no website or number on the bill and I want this to stop and a refund from the company. Is there anyway to access the bioscience brands ***** **?

      I began to order keto+ gummies but stopped before filling order. I was charged $199 and never received product. Then my credit card was charged $159 on May 17, again I have not received product. Credit card statement says ***************** from ***** ** I want a full refund.       Like most of the other reports filed, I was taken in by an advertisement using celebrities who supposedly had amazing success with the BioScience products. Turns out most of them have issued statements denying EVER endorsing the product. I ordered what was supposed to be a one time deal. Received NO confirmation, no information whatsoever. Was charged $199 then another $60. After a few weeks of NOT receiving the products, and then filing a dispute with my credit card company, they arrived. I attempted to contact the company but the link used to order was suddenly "gone". There are SO MANY varying sites none of which you get any responses from. Then yesterday, ANOTHER package arrived and my card was hit for $199 again. I decided to file a complaint with BBB, and well look there, a phone number. I called, and was told because it was over the 30 days etc etc etc...like everyone else. The offered the 30%, of the second shipment cost. I said I was going to dispute and file a complaint with the consumer protection agency @ FTC, and was then offered the "max" ****** of 50%. So out of $460 approx, you want to give back $50, for your deceptive and misleading product? It sounds like outright fraud to me. The 500+ consumers who posted should all complain to the **** This company is deceptive, they are literally lying about endorsements, using shady practices to lure consumers in, online advertising to ordering sites that magically disappear. A full refund. that is what everyone who was taken by this company deserves. And look at that, the website listed on the complaint page isn't even valid!

      I purchased Keto+ACV gummies one time, however months later I received a second package in the mail that I did not order. I was billed $139.98 to my credit card for these gummies that I did not order. There appears to be no way to contact this seller to get a reimbursement or to stop them from billing me for items I did not purchase.In addition to this, I feel misled due to their false advertising such as an appearance on Shark Tank that did not actually happen.

      On May 8, 2023 I ordered a special of 2 bottles of KETO+ACV. I was sent a confirmation email that I also ordered the DETOX. I contacted the company via email immediately and said I did not order the DETOX and asked for a refund. They did not answer my email until 5/12/2023 at which time they stated the order had been shipped but they offered a $20 credit. It took 4 days to answer an email with a totally unsatisfactory answer. I answered immediately and said no refund, but I was not happy and do not contact me again. On 5/18/2023 they emailed and asked how I wanted to proceed! I called the number provided *************) and said cancel everything and do not contact me again. Then in the middle of June (we were away on vacation) a package containing one bottle of KETO+ACV and one bottle of DETOX was delivered. My bank account was again charged $129.99. The May charge of $129.99 was never refunded nor stopped as requested and the June charge of $129.99 is being refused as a refund. After canceling the order and any subsequent orders via email and phone conversation, they continue to charge my account. I spoke with ****** this morning and was offered no recourse therefore I am filing a complaint with the BBB. I hope this helps others in avoiding business with this company.       I ordered the bioscience gummies for my son because the company claimed that they helped with stopping smoking and many other benefits and the company also claimed Shark Tank backed them up. After I received them and gave them to my son, he then researched bioscience gummies and told me Id been scammed about the Shark Tank backing them up. I spent a lot of money I was really disappointed. Yet I learned my ****** I would never do that again!! But dont you know this month in June I was surprised with another payment of $200 from biolyfe? I tried to email them, it wouldnt go through. Help! I dont want them taking any more money from me for a product I dont want.

      I saw an ad for ACV for Keto Health Gummies, and I wanted to try them 06/21/2023 at 5:07pm. The add indicated it was $39.99 with a free bottle so I selected that option. Once you enter all your payment information another screen appears about cleansing pills. There was no option to decline that option or to ignore that suggestion, so I just didn't select anything and went to the next screen. At 5:36pm I received a confirmation email which asked me to confirm I want to continue with the purchase. But when I saw the price I said absolutely not, it was a total amount of $258.77 which I cannot afford. I sent three emails' to ************************* to cancel the purchase order #**C069DF08 at 6:10pm, 6:11pm, and 6:14pm. I then decided to call at 6:14pm and obtain ****** on the phone. I told her I want to cancel the purchase order, she then tried to negotiate a different price of $80.00 and then $130.00. I want a full refund, but she told me the order was already fulfilled and could not be cancelled. I worked for the bank that the order was purchased, and I could see that the transaction was on hold and not completed so it could have been cancelled. I called my bank because that really upset me especially since I expressed a hardship if they take all that money from me. I need my money back as soon as possible. I don't want them to send me that product, I want my money back.

      In April I signed up to receive one shipment of Keto Gummies from Bioscience. It was $199.99 for the gummies and $60 for the detox capsules. In May, an additional $199.99 was taken from my account. I filed a dispute with my bank as I did not authorize the withdrawl. When the gummies arrived, I marked them Return to Sender and put them in the mail. Today another $199.99 was withdrawn from my account which I did not authorize. I will file another dispute with the bank, and return the gummies when they arrive. I can't find a website or phone number for the company to speak to them directly to stop this cycle.
