      I saw an ad for Keto Gummies and order a bottle with the one free bottle order 247A302004. After entering all info a screen popped up about a detox product. I called immediately called the number and canceled both items as I do not do auto reorder. I was told it was canceled. I Later received both products. I called again to cancel both products and was told it was canceled but I am still getting them. Called again after getting yet another order and was told I could not get a refund because the order had been shipped but when delivered I could call and get a return postage label. I have been calling the number but no Response. How do I Get the return label and make sure I havent been lied to again and BOTH orders have been canceled and no more charges will be done?

      I BELIEVE THIS COMPANY IS A HUGE SCAM!!!! My mom ordered gummies from Keto Start/Bio Lyfe and was charged for 3 shipments. I called to cancel the subscription, which she unknowingly was signed up for, she is 82 years old. They said to write "Return to Sender" on the package, which was shipped in January and she would receive a credit for $199.98, which did not happen. I called twice today 7/10/2023 and was hung up on by one person after she told me she could not refund the product because I did not have a tracking number. I did not think to write it down (my fault) because I trusted the person (mistake!). The second person told me to contact **** to get the tracking number. I let them both know I was going to contact the BBB and report fraud. I tried to find a customer service number to speak to someone in the U.S. in the hopes of getting the original tracking number but every toll free number leads to a call center in **************, My next step is to contact her bank but am reporting here so other people know this company takes advantage of elderly people.

      My mom was charged for gummies, she unknowingly signed up for a subscription. We canceled it and returned the product. The company said they never received the return.

I don't have an order number and I tried to attach a screenshot from a package but it would not accept it because the file is too large.

      I saw an ad on my phone about this fabulous, guaranteed product, keto gummies, that were endorsed by ***** and seen on Shark Tank. This I now know to be false advertisement. I placed order# 8D344816E1 on 4/2/23 for 5 bottles of keto gummies at a charge of $199.99. To my dismay, I also received 2 bottles of detox pills at a charge of $60.00. Both charges occurred on 4/3/23. I then received another shipment of gummies sometime in May and found I was charged $199.99 5/5/23. I sent an email saying the gummies did not work and the detox pills were not wanted and requested a refund. I was offered a $60.00 credit. I then called customer service and was told I could receive a refund for my last order and given the information for returning the products. I returned the completely, unopened package received in May and the 2 unopened and sealed bottles of detox pills and 3 unopened and sealed bottles of gummies received in April. The return was delivered to Ship Metrics on June 3 so I expected to see the credit within 2-3 weeks as promised by customer service. Today, 7/10/23, I called again to find out why I had not been credited and was told it was due to the high amount. The customer service rep then said they received 5 bottles and he would issue a credit of $164.99 which is $199.99 less a $35.00 restocking fee. I returned 10 bottles and was not made aware of any restocking fee. This company gets more shady with each interaction and I'm honestly not even sure what their actual company name is; BioMetrics, Ship Metrics or Keto GT? Now, looking at the BBB website, I see many others have been given full credit without even having to return the products. I spent $19.29 for the return shipping. I want a full refund.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      1 - I was charged $60.00 for 2 bottles of detox I didn't want and I returned them both completely sealed. I'm still not sure how they got included with my order for gummies.

      2 - The gummies did nothing for me and I returned an additional 3 bottles, beyond what I was refunded, all completely sealed.

      The products are guaranteed to work. They did not. I want a refund for all the products I returned.

      I purchased the keto gummies and was NEVER informed it would be a monthly subscription. I did not authorize them to charge me $129 for something I have not even enjoyed. I would like a refund. Not one email to even inform you a charge would be applied.

      I made one purchase on April 1, 2023 of the ***KACV for $129.99 when I hit confirm the purchase it included 2 bottles of Detox of $60.00. I tried to get a refund, of that product with no response, in their add it states no extra drop shipments, unless ordered. So when the product arrived I was stuck (got taken). But when I thought it was over, another shipment came and charged my credit card again for $129.99 I immediately got on the phone until I was able to talk to a person, she was very helpful 9so I thought) and gave me a return address (Ship Metrics PO ****** ************************), orderID # and sent me a return approval by e-mail. I mailed the product (unopened) out the same day I received it and yet NO refund.

      I had purchased a trial product for vitamin gummies that would be one time purchase. Today, I received more gummies in the mail, which prompted me to check my bank statement only to find out I've been charged 2 times for this product on a monthly basis. 1st charge is $199.99 on May 8, 2023 and a 2nd charge is $199.99 on June 9, 2023. I now have 2 packets of gummy vitamins when I should only have a trial product. I would like to immediately cancel all subscriptions with this company and a refund.

      I did order this product to start with. I found it did nothing for me. I called and left a message with someone to cancel my order. Obviously that hasnt happen. I also las month sent all the product I had back to the address on the package with a note to cancel this product coming to my house. I just was charged another $199.00 which I would like refunded. Again I would like to cancel these orders

      I initially purchased the Keto product as many others have. I was not satisfied that the product resulted in any results and did not reorder the product. I also did not subscribe to continued shipments which have been received and charged to my credit card. I intend to also contact my credit card company to report this fraudulent charge.       On 6/23/23 my bank account was charged $129.99 by BIOSCIENCE OFFICIALSHOTAMPA. I only but the gummies once a month or two ago and yesterday more came in the mail. I would like a refund and possibly subscription canceled I only thought it was a one time purchase. I was surprised to get another package in the mail.

      I try to order some gummies in April but they did not accept the credit card but 15 days later I receive a keto gummies and a charge of 199 and send them an email and they reimburse just $51 but today I got in the mail another 3 bottles of keto gummies that I did not order thats is insane i want them to stop send me this if not I have to post in my fb page and let people know dont order this b cause they keep sending without order.
