If you have not cancelled your account has rolled into a monthly subscription as agreed to by the terms and conditions (you had to agree to the terms to be able to place the order). We did not receive a cancellation request from you in the allotted time, so we naturally assumed that you were satisfied with the product and charged you accordingly, as agreed to by the Terms and Conditions.
As a one time courtesy, we went ahead and issued a full refund for the last order in August without the need to return the products. Please allow **** business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.
Rest assured, the account is canceled and you won't receive any further charges.

I thought I would try these Keto Gummies. On June 26, 2023 I ordered. It was 5 bottles for the price of 3. They also added in a bottle of Detox, at my expense, which I could NOT opt out of for $60.00. The total amount I was billed for was $182. I received my order, no problem, and figured I would just eat the amount. However, I was billed again on July 31, 2023 in the amount of $139.99 without receiving a shipment. I don't want another shipment anyway. I didn't agree to a subscription and this money is getting taken out of my account with my consent. Why? What for? I spoke with my bank and they said it looks like it will be a recurring charge/subscription. I DID NOT SIGN UP/CLICK/ or CHECK OFF that I wanted a monthly subscription. I DO NOT!!!!!! From looking at previous complaints, this is the normal business practice...this is fraud and SHOULD NOT be allowed. i want my money refund and no more charges to be made to my account and whatever its sat on to be canceled/terminated.Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Im glad that I was refunded and the subscription was canceled but I dont like the comment that second order doesnt have to be returned because the fact I never received the so called second order that I was charged for. But thank you for the refund for the order that I didnt receive and for canceling the subscription!!!

I wanted to try keto Gummies. On June 2023 I ordered. It was 2 bottles for the price of 1. They also added in 2 bottles of Detox, at my expense, which I could NOT opt out of. Saw ad on FB re. In March . Keto gummies. I paid online with my debit card & received the 1 bottle. Although inneffective. I thought that was it. On 5/2, I get billed for 5 more bottles from Ship Metrics, label *******, **. Sent back to PO box for refund. 6/6, get another charged shipment. I purchased item and then kept receiving more items and getting charged for them and I had NOT requested additional items beyond my first order. When I spoke with PNC they said they showed 3 transactions of $199.99 plus $60.00. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.HmmmI am usually pretty diligent in looking for this type of subscription/club product that I purchase on line; having been burned by Amazon and others, but I digress.
This type of business practice should not be allowed, or should be clearly stated in BOLD print several places throughout the many pages you are taken to as well as the shopping cart/payment page. Also, a consumer should be able to remove any unwanted item from their cart, i.e. Detox for $69.99 (that I had zero interest in on the original order placed in May, 2023.) Your business practice is that of trickery, and that, to me, is bad business. My reviews will reflect that.
