      On June 22, 2023 while looking at my checking account online I noticed a charge from Bio-Lyfe for $199.99 I have never ordered from them. I immediately tried to contact ********************* but the email could not be delivered. I did get the opportunity to speak with customer service by phone. I was assured that none of my identifying information was found in their system. Even as we spoke another Bio-Lyfe charge for $60.00 appeared in my account. Several days later a package from Bio-Lyfe addressed to a ***************** came in the mail. The package was returned unopened to ******, ** and received by them on 8-21-2023 @ 9:54 am. A letter sent to Bio-Lyfe in ******* ** is being returned to me as undeliverable.

      There was absolutely no warning about an ongoing subscription for these keto gummies. Apparently from what Ive gathered is that its in the terms and conditions. Fine, bull ****, but fine. The major issue is there seems to be absolutely no way to communicate with the company to get this cancelled and stopped. I have at least three monthly charges of $199 that I cant afford and do not want. Next step is claiming fraud with my bank to get refunds.

      I am writing to the BBB today for help in resolving a ship and payment situation with BioScience ACV gummies. I saw their add online - perhaps ********** offering a one time offer with 100% money back guarantee if the customer was not satisfied. I decided to watch the videos and there were seemingly good reviews, so I ordered a shipment of 5 bottles. This was approximately December of 2022. The directions were to take one a day, so 5 bottles would cover 5 months. I did not achieve the advertised results, but I had opened the bottles, and since ACV is supposed to be good for you, I did not seek the money back guarantee. Unfortunately, in May of 2023, another shipment of 5 bottles arrived with a charge of $199.99 on my **** statement. I did not order a second shipment. I certainly cannot continue to pay for these shipments that are arriving. I have attempted to contact the company but the appear to have no phone number, address, or website. The is completely poor business practice. I am a single and disabled mom and I had used some tax return money to try the product. I am sick over this, we are just getting by. I am desperate for help resolving this situation and am hoping BBB can assist me. I am asking for a refund of my money in the sum of $199.99 and to cancel any further subscriptions or shipments. No where could I find any information that said the shipments would keep coming. I will gladly return all 5 bottles from the second shipments - they have not been opened. I am pleading for any help the BBB can provide. I find it odd that their only presence I can find online is ads. They do not have any sort of customer service that I can find. Thank you for your time and assistance with this matter. I noticed the comments people made prior to starting this form and it appears that BioScience has several customers in the same situation.       6-22-23 I ordered CBD gummies from this company. It should have been a 1 time order. I just received my 3rd shipment from them and checked my account, they are continuing to send the product that I do not want and did not consent to a subscription of, and they continue to take money from my account. There is no contact information on any of the packaging and I have not received any emails from them. I would like my money back and I definitely want them to stop charging my account. This is a scam! If they were a legitimate company they would provide some sort of contact information at the very least. After reading the other complaints I see that this is obviously how they operate.

      I tried to cancel this product after the trial and could not find a way to do it. I emailed an address i found for this company and never got a response. I tried calling a phone number I found to never get through. I even had my bank block these transactions but somehow they still get through. I have lost over $2000 with this and still have most of the packages sent. Id like to get my money back and send these back. This was an awful experience and it feels like a scam to keep charging you.
