      Company refuses to cancel my subscription. I have provided email addresses and they say I do not have an account, yet they continue to bill me. I can provide a screen shot of the bill.

      I paid for an IQ score for 99 cents and of course they charged me $14.99 a week later. I actually did not realize this would be the case. I have no more use for their services and asked for a refund. They refused.

      They continued my subscription without authorization and charged me $14.99, which overdrafted my bank account for 2 days, which cost me $64 in late fees. I wish to receive my money back, as in the $14.99 PLUS the overdraft fees acrued due to their fraudulent transaction.

      I saw this online IQ test which I took, and they charged me .75cents to view the certificate, the name of the company is CerebrumIQ, I didn't sign up or subscribe to further service but found out just today that they have been charging me since early May every week $22.99. There is nothing I am using the service for as yo subscribe so I want them to refund ****** will find attached the initial payment and the subsequent charges

      I took a game/test on ******** on 4/6/25 and authorized a $.99 charge for the results. However, now they are charging me $14.99 every week and I never authorized any subscription. I have contacted them multiple times to cancel the subscription they believe I have, only to be told that they have no record of my account and they cannot cancel a subscription since I don't have an account. I've contacted their "cancellation bot" as they described in an email to me. That bot says the email doesn't match any accounts on file, yet they email me and charge me. It is incredibly frustrating because they continue to take money automatically from my Apple Wallet. I have to keep my Apple Wallet at zero at all times because it tries to hit it for $14.99 every few days! How can I make them stop? I can't get ahold of any person and their bot says I don't have an account. I've read so many other people are having the same issue. This scam has to be stopped. Please help. I cannot reply to the emails they send as they are a no-********************************

      I am rejecting this response because:
      This is the standard answer this scam service tells everyone. They say there is no email that matches because I never set up and account and never subscribed to their service. I paid for quiz results for $.99 and that is all. They sent me the results to my email address. That is the only email address I have given them. Every communication I have from them is this email doesnt exist yet they continue to bill me. How can I get them to stop? This is a scam.

      Signed up for an IQ report with cerebrum that stated it was a 99 cent charge. Fine print that was unreadable in browser apparently states that you will then be signed up for a subscription. No email was sent to confirm this and no information was provided on what you were subscribing to and what kind of information, etc you could access. Could not locate where the charge was coming from, not in the App Store or listed on the purchase subscriptions. Requested cancellation, which was ignored only to have two additional subscription fees removed from my account. After further investigating multiple people have had similar issues with this company. They are using a marketing scheme to deliberately scam people. They should be shut down. Ads on ********, etc should be banned if they continue to do business like this.

      I subscribed to a 1-week trial period for $0.99 on 4/7/25. I was charged two separate charges of $0.50 totaling $1.00. Not a big deal, but not what was listed and agreed to. I paid this amount to get a copy of my report and was charged an additional $9.99 for said report. I don't believe I agreed to pay $9.99 anywhere for my report but the corresponding email confirmation suggests that I did. I'm thinking, "Ok, maybe you pulled one over on me, but that stops here." I go through the website to cancel my account and any subscriptions on 4/10/25. I used their chatBOT to cancel per their instructions. The chatBOT did not confirm my cancellation, just said "thank you" and tried to move on. I further requested the chatBOT confirm my cancellation and it did. I have a screen shot of this dialogue. The trial period was due to end on 4/15 and be renewed the same day. I received a fraud warning from my bank saying that a $14.99 charge was being attempted by ************************** on 4/14 and it was denied twice. The charge was attempted again on 4/15 and went through. I want my money back $14.99+$9.99=$24.98 and any and all subscriptions cancelled.

      Back in 2024 I had a subscription which I cancelled. In 2025, all I wanted to do was check my test results from back in 2024. All of a sudden Cerebrum reactivates the subscription and starts charging me $20 every week. I did NOT ask to reactivate the subscription. I did NOT authorize Cerebrum to start charging me for a active subscription. I JUST WANTED TO VIEW MY TEST RESULTS FROM 2024 FOR WHICH I DID HAVE AN ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION AT THAT TIME. I sent an email to Cerebrum stating that i DON'T want a subscription, to CANCEL the subscription, and STOP charging me and REFUND what they DID charge me. My subscription was CANCELLED in 2024. NO ONE authorized Cerebrum to reactivate the cancelled subscription!

      Cerebrum IQ failed to provide appropriate notice of a subscription beginning upon my completion of a simple $0.99 IQ test online. My card was charged a subscription fee of $14.99. This business is also deliberately using poorly learning ** technology and disguising it as a human support agent. I was asked to use the chatbot to connect to an agent. When prompted to connect me to an agent: The chatbot only repeated to use the chatbot to connect to an agent or email the support team for further help. Upon emailing my request to the support team, I received 4 automated emails in a row stating my case had been reviewed. Clearly, nor the tech or the humans at Cerebrum IQ reviewed my refund request in a matter of less than 60 seconds. ChatGPT, Gemini, and other **s all take a few moments to create a response. The ** being used at Cerebrum is maliciously deceptive.

      2. If you're certain the email is correct, then good news - you don't have any active subscriptions at the moment, which means you won't be charged going ********************

      It's possible that a previous payment attempt might not have gone through successfully, which could explain why there's no active subscription on your account right now.

      I purchased results for a 0.99 quiz I took with their website. I never received these results. I was then charged $14.99 on 3 separate occasions without my awareness. I never received any services from this company. I reached out to them, and they refunded only 1 payment of $14.99. When I responded requesting the remainder of the refund, they never got back to me.
