I took an online IQ test back in August 2025. They charged 99 cents for a 7-day trial. I am sure that I canceled the subscription on the same day I tried it, but I started noticing charges on my bank account. The web **** said to log in to cancel the account, but I couldn't log in, so I emailed the company. I sent emails on September 1st and 10th as I watched them continue to deduct money from my account. The information (bank and credit card) they requested was provided, yet they still failed to cancel my account. I am attaching the emails along with a bank document showing all of their withdrawals. When I sat down to address this matter today, the Cerebrum IQ site redirected me to a site called my IQ, said my subscription was there, and allowed me to cancel. I will continue to watch my bank account for further withdrawals because I dont trust or believe them. In any case, they have taken advantage to make as many withdrawals as they could. They should not be allowed to keep signing people up for thier website and find tricky ways to prevent you from cancelling. It is almost November. There is no way it should have taken this long to cancel my account, and then they never cancelled it. I had to keep trying, and as I mentioned, I am not sure that it is reallly cancelled yetInitial Complaint

On October 21 2025, I was charged an additional $29.99 USD without consent. I immediately cancelled and contacted support, but only received automated responses denying a refund. The company offers no phone number or live support. Many other users report the same issue. Ive asked numerous times to take me off the list. We are going on four months now of them taking $12.99 a month out of my account. I have emails going back and forth with them stating they would take care of the situation. But never do. I will be contacting my bank on Monday to file a complaint with them as well to get this off my account. I want my money back and take me off permanently from your site.Initial Complaint

This company has used my debit card information to take money out at random times for the past 2 months. On November 22 of 2024 I subscribed to a free trial of Cerebrum IQ. I did not cancel after the trial because I was offered a lower price and was charged for the month. On December 19 I cancelled after having trouble using the website. I was carefully looking through my bank statement and saw that I have been charged every month for almost a year. I tried to cancel multiple times but cannot log in due to incorrect password and when I request a reset email, it gets sent after the time limit expires and im unable to reset it or log in at all. I reached out to support on August 26, 2025 regarding the issue and was receiving assistance from someone. They asked for my account and payment information and once I provided I never received a response. I reached out to follow up but received a reply asking for patience as they have a high volume of requests and I did give them time. After 3 more follow up emails from my part, I decided to look up their social media accounts to reach out there as well. I ended up coming across videos of other people who have also had their subscriptions reactivated without their knowledge and denied a refund. I believe they are a scam and purposely reactivated subscriptions and not allowing people to cancel.Initial Complaint

As per other complaints on this company they place undesired subscriptions on your credit card or in my case on my ****** account. On or about 9/24/2025 I took an online IQ test from an ad on ********. Just had a box to clicl on take test. Once I finished the test they surprisingly asked for $1 to see the results. I paid that amount through ****** and Cerebrum posted 2 $.50 charges. Then on 9/29/2025 they posted a $29.99 amount for a recurring subscription. At no time did I want or ever use a subscription. They refused to refund stating that it was in fine print in terms of service. **** is apparently a scam that they have pulled for some time per other complaints on this company.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction: 04.10.2025, 29,***** company is refusing me a refund because I also purchased a monthly subscription when I purchased the trial subscription, and it turns out I agreed to that. However, there was a technical error on their part, and I couldn't log into their website. When I entered my email, I received a notification that the email hadn't been used for registration. I emailed them, and they canceled my subscription but are refusing to refund the money debited (October 4, 2025), citing that I agreed to their refund policy when I purchased the trial. Their policy also states that if a technical error prevented me from using their service, they will issue a refund. They only corrected the error after they canceled my subscription, meaning I couldn't use their service. But they won't refund me, and I've contacted them several times. In other words, they're contradicting their own policies. Please help me get the money back into my account. CerebrumIQ offered to provide feedback from online IQ test that I completed for the charge of $1. I was charged the $1, then 10 days later was charged $29.99 for a subscription I did not agree to. I cancelled the subscription and requested a refund. Their response said they would not provide the refund because I agreed to the amount and their policy that they provide no refunds.
