      The initial payment was 1.00. I saw ZERO small print even though they said its there. I've been burned by other items before so I know to read the fine print. I was going to ignore this but read all the people saying how they rip people off then will not refund your money because of the "fine print". I will contact all of those who left these such comments and tell them to file with you for this. This company needs stopped with their bait and switch scam.

      On 15 September, I purchased an online iQ test and agreed to pay $1 for it with ******. On 21 Sept, I was notified by my bank of a $29.99 charge for a subscription to Cerebrum services. I never authorized that subscription and did not consent to that charge. I immediately cancelled the subscription and filed a dispute with ******, asking for a refund of that $29.99. That dispute is still being handled by ******. There was never a email or text from CerebrumIQ about the subscription or the cancellation policy. I believe CerebrumIQ. Com used misleading marketing techniques and did not clearly state that hidden charge.

      On September 12, 2025 I ordered a free trial for 99 cents and canceled the trial immediately. This is not disputed by the company. However they charged my credit card $29.99 on September 19, 2025! I have been going back and forth with this company. I wrote a review on Trustpilot and the company acknowledged that I will get a refund. It was already approved. When I respond to the emails I am patronized and am getting nowhere. They keep saying they dont refund but they made the mistake by charging me! I am not alone. There are others who have complained about the same procedure. They keep responding to my requests for my refund with silly, patronizing emails. Its almost comical. I guess they believe I will give up but I will not. They are scamming people into taking an in test then charging them even though they cancel immediately as I did. Please help.

      This is a bait-and-switch scam involving hidden and recurring charges. They offered a .50 IQ test, and they charged my bank card *****. I used ******, so after trying to get them to stop, I finally had to remove my bank card from ****** and I am crossing my fingers that they stop charging me.

      Cerebrum IQ attempted to take a payment of $29.99 from my bank account but my financial institution flagged it and refused to pay the $29.99 as requested. I did not subscribe to it. I do not want it. I do not wish to be subscribed and I don't want any further charges. I refuse to pay $21.49 to cancel a subscription I never wanted.

      The company claims I skipped a trial and signed up for a subscription. I did not signup for a reoccurring subscription. I received an email telling me my trial was over and we just charged you. I got an automated denial for a refund.

      I agreed to a $1.00 charge for test results, and was confronted with a $29.99 monthly subscription to which I had not agreed. Their website is confusing and unclear. Requests for refunds have been denied.

      Have been told my cerebrum iq that my money would be returned in 24 hours but has not. All they do is keep telling me it will take 24hours to refund but they do send code to automatically refund a persons money,they never sent a code and keep responding with the same answers!
