    One Source Van Lines made my recent move feel like a breeze. The team was punctual and started right away, wrapping and packing everything efficiently. The movers were friendly and professional, and it was clear they had years of experience. I really appreciated how they took care of my valuable items, and everything arrived at my new place without a scratch. If you want a smooth moving experience, they are definitely the ones to call.

    When it came time to move, I was dreading the whole process, but One Source Van Lines changed that. From the moment they arrived, the movers were organized and had a clear plan in place. They packed everything with care, from fragile items to bulky furniture. Not only did they work quickly, but they were also polite and respectful. They made sure nothing was damaged, and everything arrived at the new place intact. Overall, a great moving experience.

    RUN, don't walk away from this company! Scam!!!! Bait and switch tactics. After a video walk through of inventory with first contact, we thought quoted amount was all we had to pay. Later get a call from a guy ( he's been mentioned before in other complaints) that the amount quoted was incorrect and we needed to pay $1,500 more. So why offer a video inventory then when the move is supposed to happen ( 5 days away), and you have taken our initial payment, you go up on the price and hold the customer hostage. *** has been notified and *** of this company. We then got calls from rude lady about moving date and we would have to pay more if shipment weighed more...saw the writing on the wall that this was not as affordable as we thought. Went with local moving company who contracted with ********* movers to help us move. Same rate and nice movers. Beware of this company!

    Hello,

    The only reason the cost of this move increased was due to the customer adding 100's of cf. to the order. This does influence the cost to increase as the move is now larger. When reviewing the file it shows the customer placed the move on hold. We are not sure why they felt the need to bring things here to the BBB, we simply added the items they requested and informed them of the revision.

    Moving day was a breeze with this team! They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and were careful with all of our belongings. They took extra care with fragile items and made sure everything was properly packed before moving it. The team was friendly and professional, making sure everything was done to my satisfaction. The move was completed quickly, and everything was set up exactly how I wanted in the new place. Fantastic service!

    A smooth and well-coordinated move with no unexpected challenges. Kitchenware, glass items, and electronics were packed securely. The team was knowledgeable and prepared for every scenario.     Exceptional service from a professional and friendly team. They were attentive to our specific needs and worked quickly to get everything packed. The movers took extra care with delicate items, and nothing was broken or scratched. They also helped us rearrange some furniture in the new place. A very efficient and pleasant experience from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking to move!
