  Moving from my apartment into a new house was handled with professionalism from start to finish. The movers were on time, courteous, and efficient. They packed everything carefully, and nothing was damaged during transit. The team worked at a steady pace and even helped me organize the furniture in the new home. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

  I reached out to One Source Van Lines and signed with them to move some of my things from my house in ******** to my extended familys home in ************** in October. I paid a deposit of $1200 and it was NEVER EXPLAINED to me that the only refund I could receive on this was within 72 hours of signing (no other legitimate company would require this. Canceling within 72 hours of the service date would be expected but not this). I WAS told however that if any changes needed to be made to the order, I just needed to contact them within 7 days of the move date. In addition to the stress of moving (and of my divorce where I have lost almost everything), I ended up in the hospital for 12 days in September. During this time, I was forced to agree to let my ex-husband keep all of my remaining assets. This was both out of my control and a legitimate reason to cancel with One Source Van Lines, because I had nothing to move. Weeks before the move date, my family tried contacting the company numerous times to cancel and receive a refund. One Source Van Lines refused to speak with them even though I literally could not contact them myself because of my hospital stay. Once I left the hospital, I contacted them (still plenty of time before the 7-day cutoff) and found Ms. ****** in the billing department to be extremely unhelpful and uncaring. She was very unprofessional and would not let me speak to any of the managers or the individual who I originally set up the order with and she refused to give me any refund EVEN THOUGH ONE SOURCE NEVER TOUCHED ANY OF MY THINGS, NEVER MOVED ANY OF MY ITEMS, AND NEVER DID ANY WORK WHATSOEVER ON MY ORDER. I sent multiple letters to the company headquarters, which were all returned to me unopened. Essentially, One Source Van Lines stole $1200 from me and has proved at best to be a heartless, disreputable company and at worst, a complete scam. Under NO circumstances should anyone try to move with One Source Van Lines.

  Hello,

  Most moving companies will have a ******************************** their contract. Our ******** agreement the customer signed has its own page that requires a signature on it for the cancelation policy. In the event the customer needs to change their dates, all we require is a 7 day notice prior to the first available pickup date. This allows customer the flexibility they need if homes are pending or if their situation is open ended. We are sorry to hear about the unfortunate situations the customer went through. However we are a business and have policies in place for a reason.

  Transitioning from a small apartment to a larger home involved moving everything from basic furniture to high-end electronics.   Relocating from a rental property to a purchased home meant packing up years of belongings. The movers showed great attention to detail, carefully labeling each box and organizing everything for an easier unpacking process.   A move from a modest house to a two-bedroom flat in a more vibrant neighborhood could have been overwhelming, but the team worked efficiently and with care. They packed up the houses contents swiftly, taking time to wrap and protect each item. They navigated the narrow apartment stairways without issue, ensuring nothing got damaged along the way.   From the first contact to the final box being placed in our new home, every part of the move was seamless. The movers arrived on time, worked tirelessly, and didnt even seem to break a sweat, despite the heavy lifting. There were no hidden fees, and everything was handled with care.
