    One Source contacted my wife to book move when I specially told them to contact me not her. They called her and booked the move. I called 1 hour later to cancel and they would not refund my money. My wife has mental health issues and One Source took advantage of her. One Source is very shady and dishonest. I would recommend never using them they are not trustworthy. Find anyone but them.

    Scheduling was simple, and they called a day ahead to confirm everything. The crew arrived early and didnt waste time chatting. A few boxes were slightly dented, but nothing inside broke. Their teamwork was solid and professional. It felt like they respected my space. For the most part, Im satisfied with how things turned out.

    Our washer wouldnt fit through the laundry doorway, and I was ready to give up. Then One Source Van Lines team leader calmly measured, unscrewed panels, and slid it through perfectly. AMAZING attention to detail! They think before they act, and it shows. What couldve been a big loss became a smooth victory. Five stars well earned.

    One Source Van Lines did a great job helping me relocate across town. The movers handled every piece of furniture like it was their own. They made sure my fragile items were well-protected. Timing was accurate and the quote was honored. A small delay unloading, but they stayed professional. Id happily recommend them to friends.

    We had an odd issue where the new elevator stopped working mid-way, but One Source Van Lines immediately came up with a plan. ?? They used straps and dollies, reorganized the load, and got everything upstairs by hand without damage. Their teamwork and analytical mindset were PHENOMENAL. It was a tough day, but they turned it into a success story. Couldnt thank them enough!

    The crew did a solid job helping me relocate my apartment. They were punctual, polite, and handled things with care. I especially liked how they double-checked every room before leaving. One box was misplaced but quickly found. Communication was professional throughout. ** recommend them for sure.

    One Source Van Lines made the whole process much less stressful than expected. They wrapped everything tightly and even helped disassemble my bed frame. The movers were efficient and courteous the entire time. One minor miscommunication about arrival time, but nothing major. Everything arrived safely and on time. A trustworthy company overall.
