  They took every precaution without slowing down. I liked how they constantly checked in to make sure I was satisfied. My move was done quicker than estimated, and everything looked great. The friendliness of the crew made it even better. Their skill and precision are unmatched. Ill definitely book them again!

  One Source came through when I needed them most! My move got bumped up a day early, and they still managed to fit me in. The movers were upbeat and handled everything like champs. Nothing got scratched, nothing went missing pure RELIEF! ?? I cant thank them enough.

  I was relieved to find that all my furniture and belongings were delivered in perfect shape. The movers worked carefully and didnt rush things. The service was excellent.

  The team delivered REMARKABLE service from start to finish! They communicated clearly and worked hard the whole day. My furniture was wrapped and handled with care. I was amazed at their POSITIVE attitude throughout. Nothing was broken or scratched. FIVE STARS all around!

  I appreciated how careful the movers were with my grandmothers antique dresser. They wrapped it in blankets and secured it properly. My fragile items were also handled with care. One thing that slowed the process was waiting for parking near my building. Even so, the effort they put in made me feel at ease. Four stars for a job well done.

  I liked how the movers kept checking in to confirm placement of furniture. That saved me a lot of rearranging later. My glass items were wrapped securely, which gave me peace of mind. They couldve been a bit quicker unloading. Still, they handled the move with professionalism. Four stars seems very fair.

  I had to move from *********** to ******** on short notice. I was contacted by Onesource after ****** searching, who quoted me $2800 for my move. They do not take credit cards. You have to use Zelle, money order, or ********************* showed up, told me that they were only moving 26 pieces. I dont know where they got 26 pieces from. I did not see the piece of paper with the 26 pieces listed. ******** then told me it may cost more, but they wont know until they load everything. After everything was ******* took two men three hours to pack my belongings.They increased the charge by $2900 telling me I went over the size limit. This is afterwards mind you, when I called **** from Onesource the agent that coordinated, no response.Onesource contracted ***************, **, who took my belongings to *******, for one month storage. They charged me $450 for 30days. Why did it go to ******* when I was moving to ********? I still have no clue, by the time I got my stuff moved to ********. They didnt notify me in a timely manner. ******** said they were going to send pictures and keep me updated of my items arriving. Wednesday afternoon I got a call saying my shipment was coming in first thing Thursday! I didnt have cash on hand (or even a local bank) to go get a money order and Zelle only allows $1000 a day, they opened up/supposedly opened up a new unit at the storage facility according to *********Instead of putting it in my unit where they couldve put their own lock on it and kept the key until I was done paying, now they wont give me the key, until I pay more money! The problem is the storage facility is saying nobody opened up a unit on that particular date, and no pictures/proof has been given to me (I have asked repeatedly) Onesource has now ghosted me. $5700.00 was the total cost of my move! I couldve gotten a professional licensed mover to deliver my belongings to ******** for that amount. I still have no idea where my belongings are. A police report is filed.
