    If you want reliable movers who wont let you down, this team is the one. From loading to unloading, everything went smoothly, and the movers were very friendly and professional.

    I've been trying to get a $300 deposit refund for over 1 1/2 months. Talked to office and they transfer me to customer service. I've completed the form for the refund but nothing! I've called several times and left messages. Called a few minutes ago and the person said he can only make a note in my file and pass it on. Could not to transfer me. Then hung up. I am not going away until I get my refund!!

    One star is too high for this company. I called to get a quote for my out of state move and was given a specific price. The person asked what large furniture I have that they will need to pad and I explained that. He then asked me what the rest of stuff was and I said I was still in the process of packing so he said to guesstimate. I informed him of the totes I already had and he informed me he would add more boxes. I called 2 days later due to the holiday and nothing was finalized yet and informed him I was just going to purchase more totes as it would be easier for the movers. I said if you can just switch it to totes but keep the same number you had for the boxes and I was informed he would and that someone would call me to do a Q&A to revise anything. I called the next day to ask some questions about items I had that would not be going into totes and was told to wait until someone called to revise everything. In the day that **** called to revise and finalize everything my quote went up $1852 due to my inventory doubling. I informed them in the initial call what was going on and was very upfront about everything as this was my first time using a moving company. As I was speaking with **** ** was extremely rude and basically I was the blame for everything and they took no accountability what so ever even though I kept saying it was miscommunication on BOTH ENDS. After speaking with him I was contacted by someone else and eventually transferred to the ** of the company *****. He was very rude as well and unprofessional. I explained what happened and requested any type of refund even if not the full amount as there was bad miscommunication. He informed me since it was past the 3 day window I was ineligible. I explained I had been in contact asking questions during that period.I am traveling with 2 small children during the holidays and they basically stole almost $900 saying it was disbursed already. I will definitely be getting lawyers involved. DO NOT WORK WITH!!

    Hello,

    We do apologize for any inconveniences the customer may have felt took place. We understand moving can be frustrating and very stressful. The only time the cost would increase during the ***************** call is when customer add items to be moved. In this case the customer went from ***** up to *****. This is not all made up from Boxes going to totes. We did our best to explain to the customer through our customer service department as well as a manager but we could not see eye to eye. 

    When the customer asked about cancellation, we informed them at this time they would be outside of that window unfortunately. However if they wish to move the original amount of cubic feet, this is always an option. If they want to move the larger sized move, this does come at a larger cost.

    My cross-country move was complicated, but One Source Van Lines made it seem simple. They provided us with an accurate moving estimate and delivered on all promises. The team took extra care with our delicate items and reassured us throughout the entire process. Communication was clear and consistent, so we always knew what to expect.     I couldnt be more impressed with the service. The movers were prompt and took care of all the heavy lifting. Their packing service ensured that everything was safely transported. At my new place, everything was in perfect condition, and the team even helped me set up a few things. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Ill definitely use them again.

    Weve used moving services before, but this was the best experience yet. The team was organized and handled everything with care. We had a few bulky items, but the movers took them out without a problem. The packing supplies they brought were top-notch, and our items arrived in perfect condition. Moving assistance was top-tier.

    Moving doesnt get easier than this. The movers were on time, professional, and efficient. They took great care of my belongings, especially fragile items, and everything arrived safely at my new place. The moving estimate was very accurate, and there were no hidden fees at the end of the move. The team was friendly and worked quickly, which made the entire process much less stressful. I would absolutely hire them again!
