  The most horrific and unprofessional people I dealt with. They damaged my property, movers didn't even set up my furniture up. Over two weeks week for my furniture to get delivered not even on the time we agreed on. They charged me over $2300.00 and didn't even want to refund me anything. You want a moving company to do yourself a favor don't go with them. **** the manager, is rude and very unprofessional, shouldn't even have a job there. Don't move with this moving company you will save yourself a lot of headaches.

  Moving into a new home can be overwhelming, but this team made it feel effortless! They arrived with all the necessary equipment and got straight to work. Every item was packed with care to avoid damage. Heavy furniture was moved with precision and ease. Nothing was scratched, dented, or misplaced in the process.   When I spoke with **** over the phone he quoted me for my furniture and said I was below the minimum amount required and that I could add extra boxes. Once the movers came the quote increased by over $500 and when I called they said well furniture comes in different sizes and did not try and rectify the situation or explain how the price increased by so much. Over the phone I was told 1-7 business days and then once the movers come they are saying up to 21 business days. I would not recommended this company as they are not truthful. They only care about money and not about providing excellent customer service.

  Hello,

  When reviewing the file, it appears the customer reserved 286 cf. for the allotted move space. When the movers arrived they estimated the customer had *****. This would be what caused the overages. As to the transit time, the customer was provided an average spread based on the mileage. All long distance movers has up to 21days to delivery legally, they were simply telling the customer what the worst case scenario could be. No mover can guarantee a delivery date. However, a move traveling 382 miles would never take 21 days unless there was a major situation.
