    deceitful business. I originally called to try free bottle of relaxium which had been recommended to me with my paying the shipping fee of $7.95. Although this free product was offered, they forced me to accept their other offers. false advertisement and deceitful business. very disappointing! Please send this review to **** ********!

    We are regret there was a misunderstanding of the offer.  We do have the details of the offer listed and they have to be accepted to submit an order.   No offer is forced on anyone.  There must have been some interference.  When ordering by phone, one must say yes or no or choose the 1 or 2 representing yes or no.  We do see that the order was voided by our agent and was never processed but we do apologize for any inconvenience.

    I ordered Relaxium on 9/30/24, simply to get a sample of two bottles. I was charged $8.61 at that time. I did this transaction over the telephone. Then, on 10/17/2024, there was a $129.79 charge on my American Express credit card that I did not authorize. I learned from my credit card provider that this amount was for a subscription to the product, which I do not want.. I called the company about this, and the person responding said (after I said this is a scam multiple times) that the amount charged to my credit card will be refunded. The employee who told me this said that I will be receiving an email indictating that I will receive the refund within ******************************************************************************************************************************** for something that I do not want, nor did I authorize (unless I was somehow tricked into this).

    I paid $7.95 for a trial of this product on Oct 2023. I received the product and got a wicked headache on day 1. I reached out to company and the suggestion was to double dose. I refuse to follow companies recommendations and wanted to cancel my trial. They cancelled my trial, but charged an addition $59.95 on my card. I want to have that removed as I have cancelled my trial within the 14-day period. The company sent me more product than my 14 day trial and want me to send back. I would like the $59.95 refunded as I am unable to ship the extra product back as it was damaged in shipping and the bottle is open and company claims I can't send back because it's open.

    False advertising. TV promo stating you could order a free trial bottle of a sleep aid. I ordered and received two bottles. The invoice#******* was received on Sept 10th for $8.42 (shipping) and I tried it, but it didn't work for me. On Sept 27th I received an invoice #******* for $126.95 for two more bottles and both these amounts were taken from my checking account. I never received the second order. When I called I was told I would have to return the items to get a refund but they would have to be unopened bottles. Weird!! How can you try if you don't open?? Otherwise, no refund!! Free trial??

    I called them back one more time and they issued me a $35.97 (30%) refund and asked if I needed anything else and I asked for the balance to be refunded and was refused.   So, I have been charged a total of $90.98 plus the shipping which I had agreed initially to pay.

    I was under the impression I was getting a free trial sample. Then I received 2 bottles which was confusing. They gave me a headache. I had combined both bottles into one. Then I got a charge of ****** . Called them and they said i had agreed to try for so many days . I only agreed to a free sample and I'd pay shipping. Told them I didn't want them. But since I opened one bottle and put them all in one I could only receive a partial refund of *****. Supposedly it will be refunded i feel mislead and should get a full refund. They said maybe taking them with my perscription that I need to take at night might cause headaches. They should have made that warning ahead of time.

    I ordered a free trial of Relaxium from Mi ** ******** ad on television and was only to pay for shipping. The two bottles arrived and I paid $8.78 for shipping. Then on my bank card I have charge of $132.31 for an order that I never issued or didn't receive. I would like a refund.

    I checked your account and see that you called and placed your order by telephone. The 800 number is an automated order line and includes a full explanation of the offer---what is being shipped, the charge, etc.  The customer is in full control of the response they give to either continue with the order or the choice to end the call. We regret any misunderstanding of the offer but it is thorough in the explanation. We know that extenuating circumstances with phone lines, interference, etc., can sometimes cause miscommunication.     I had seen commercials on television for relaxium sleep for a long time. I decided to give it a try a couple of months ago. They were saying that if you called right away, you could get a free bottle as a trial. So I did that, and I got my bottle and I thought I was just being charged for shipping and handling. Then a little while later I got two bottles in the mail that I had not ordered and there was a charge on my account. I was confused by this, and not sure what to do. I couldnt find a way to contact the company to cancel any future orders. Then I just noticed today there is another charge on my account for $141.15 that I did not authorize. I decided to look on your website, and I see that many other people that have the same complaint with relaxium asleep. It looks to me like its a scam. I simply would like to get refunded for the $141 and cancel any future orders and make sure they dont send me or charge me for anymore.

    Your subscription order was voided and was never charged.  You called in time to void the auto shipment before it was deducted from your account.

    You must have forgotten that you previously (on 5/22/2020) ordered from us and did not cover the cost for the product and ordered again last month. Relaxium is excited to offer a way for customers to try before they buy.  We have clear and transparent terms and conditions so customers can read before accepting/placing an order. We do regret any miscommunication.

    I placed an order for one bottle of Relaxium Sleep. I declined the opportunity to subscribe to a regular shipment. This was a phone order. I was told that this was a one time purchase. Now Im being charged for more product with a subscription. If I were to return this product I didnt order, they will charge me shipping to return it. And after having contacted the company they said I am not subscribed yet my bank account had been charged for the purchase. On their website there is no way to cancel a subscription or delete payment information.
