  Although I am waiting for delivery, so far, the process of relocating with lifetime moverz and safe ship moving services are a very nice experience.

  This is a broker, not actual movers, so they will take your money but no responsibility at all for the loading or delivery of your items. I booked with them based on an estimate and delivery date that fit my needs and when the movers showed up it turned out I suddenly needed 50% more space because they didn't account for "dead space" of the items not fitting perfectly together like a tetris board and the cost doubled. I spent three hours arguing on the phone with them telling me they would keep my deposit whether they movers took the items or not so I might as well have them load the truck and then tell me how much it would cost. On the other end of things, it took over 3 weeks for my items to arrive and every week when I'd call to check on the status the dispatcher acted like I was crazy for checking at all. She said she had no idea what items the movers were loading onto trucks and had no control over when things were going out. I spent easily an extra thousand dollars on having to buy an air mattress, eat out, and buy essentials because they took so long to deliver my items. When the truck finally did arrive it was one single mover who took 5 hours to unload one small apartments worth of items. It took one hour alone to move in the couch and only because a neighbor offered to help. Because they messed up the delivery time I had to take time off from a new job to be there and it took basically the entire day for a move that should have taken *** 2-3 hours. NEVER book with these people! They will take your money and gaslight you while they hold your items hostage for as long as they feel like it with no incentive at all to make things right for you.

  I just graduated college and decided to move across the country to fulfill my dream job and I needed professionals to help. I called Safe Ship and they were able to get me an amazing price within my budget and they understood how I am an almost broke college student with very little money. They arranged everything for me and when the movers arrived they packed my furniture very well and safe ship followed up with me throughout the whole process.

  ************* DO NOT USE THEM! Agent gave me false information and tricked me to believe I have already booked with them which is not the case. Those scam masters will try all means to get your money. Be aware!

  One of the best things about the guys at safe ship moving is that they bring a positive attitude. My experiences with most other companies is that when things are out of the ordinary, they do not want to do it. But these guys did everything that needed to be done. They even helped us pack loose stuff that we haven't boxed up yet. And after they packed the truck they helped us pack our personal van. there was no drama in making multiple trips. no extra charges. Just a very positive team with a can do attitude, which i often find missing in many people. Special thanks to Safe Ship Moving for understanding we had a schedule and working extra fast to get us on our way. thanks!

  This is my first time using a transportation company and it has not been a good experience. The team that came out to pick up my furniture lost my house keys. Instead of turning around and bringing them back, they either lost them or didnt want to turn around. I had to pay 300 to have the keys rebuilt to be able to give my landlord a set of keys back. Safeship at first stated that the company would have to cover it but after speaking to the company they stated it was my word again the guys so they only offered me a $100 discount. Now today, I receive a text from the driver stating that he is hours away from my old location, I informed him the address was updated a week ago. He was not polite and told me he was headed to the old location and I need to figure it out. He stated he had been trying to get the complete address for 3 days and I asked why didnt he contact me prior to today and he said he only has to give a 24 hour notice. Which he still didnt give, I called safeship and all they said was the address was there and they would notify the team. This has been such an inconvenience for me and stressful. I would never use them again or the company they used called Next Stop *********************************

  I dont even know where to start. To say this company gives you misleading information to get your business is an understatement. Be aware that whatever estimate they give you, is THOUSANDS of dollars off. And you wont know the final price until all your belongings are in the truck. They gave us a quote of $5,000 and said it would most likely be less than that. Surprise, it was $8000.The second part gets even worse. They estimate your delivery date between 7 to 14 business days. And guess what, you wont see your belongings for at least a month. And if you call to get an update you will hear the they are running a little behind, looks like it will be ___. You call that day and same story. Not a reliable company at all. I wouldnt recommend doing business with this company AT ALL.

  I booked with Safe Ship Moving Services back in June. They helped with a great moving team and am happy I found them. It is a relief to be in my new home surrounded by my friends and things. If you need to move call Safe Ship. From one veteran to another, Thank You to all the men and woman that helped me. 5 star moving experience for sure

  DO NOT USE THEM!!! I am beyond furious at Safe Ship. Recently the movers came at 7:30pm (1.5 hours later than agreed upon) and they did not leave until 2am. I have 3 children that this move disrupted in a very harmful way. What upsets me the most right now is that they quoted me 768 cubic feet for all of my things and it was only HALF of what I needed to move. I was only able to get the movers to take the big furniture and even that was 200 cubic feet more than what they quoted me for everything that I told them that needed to be moved. Now I have to make arrangements at the very last minute for everything else that needs to be moved. Not to mention that this is going to cost me about $1,000 more than I was told. I understand if I needed a little more room and they still took everything but I was over and they only took half of what I needed to be taken. Even the driver looked at the list and told me that the estimate was way off. I was very honest and very precise in what I said I needed to move. Especially with QA. Safe Ship is horrible at estimations. They claim to be a veteran owned organization but I seriously doubt that. Safe Ship stabbed me in the back and hurt my children. And they caused me to spend thousands of more dollars than any of their estimations. I also had to get additional storage and hire another mover to help that will drive up my moving costs even higher. DO NOT USE THEM!!!higher.

  I worked with Bud at Safe Ship Moving Services. It was a complete ****. Bud completely under quoted me to get my business. When the movers showed up they immediately tried to charge me 50% more than the quote. I tried to cancel and get my money back but that was impossible. I was comp0letely screwed Safe Ship Moving Services & Bud.
