  I called to get a quote and they said I wa sgonna get scrammed yada yada. I kept telling them politely I had to go! They insisted to keep me in the phone. I eventually hung up and they litteraly blew up my phone calling from 2 different numbers then blocking there number calling me then started texing me from 2 different numbers. So finally got he phone calls and text stopped well 20mins later I stupidly answer the phone and it was him again!!! Then he kept going and going I told him I was just checking on stuff I had to go and he sent a text if I guess a quote and I said I dont have time he said look I just sent you the _____ you can have the decency to look at while your on the phone with me!! That was it his tone was so demanding and rude. Him telling me what to do changing his voice to try and make me no thank you, I will not use this company I came here to see if it was a scam or not because it hate all they kept speaking of was Im gonna get scammed.

  This place was awful. The company they sent ( long distance *** lines) doubled the estimate, but that wasnt the biggest issue. The company they sent refused to take my stuff to safe ship storage as requested multiple times before, during and after they picked up. They acted acted threatening and aggressive. I called customer care trying to resolve the issue multiple times, I texted the person who sold me the moving contract. This women promised to be with me from beginning to end of this move. Nobody would do anything. I was ignored. It was the worst company I ever dealt with. I ended up just taking my broken stuff, paying the cash they demanded and getting my own storage unit to get away from this company and the movers they sent. I would think as a broker they would vet the movers they use a bit better or at least step up to help out when a customer has trouble with them. These movers were so nasty and aggressive I had the police come with me to meet up to pay them.

  Although my stuff was picked up and delivered by the movers Safe Ship paired me up with, they we zero help. I reached out multiple times regarding the final pricing I ended up paying (double what I was initially quoted), and never heard back. When I called they had no idea when my stuff was going to be delivered or the status of where it was at. I ended up calling the actual moving service and they were very helpful and responsive. I would dig a little deeper and find a moving service in the area instead of relying on these unreliable fools.

  Moving is a pain, but I am please I chose Safe Ship Moving service to help me out. They were able to work around my schedule and move me early in the morning. The movers who relocated me were really kind and completed the job in less than 5 hours. The Sales **** ****** who arranged the move, was very courteous and called to confirm, then followed up with me before the movers arrived. I couldn't have asked for better service.

  Safe Ship Moving does not give a c*** about anyone. They used Pro Movers who took more than a month to deliver the move from ******** to ********** and stole many items in the process. They do not care about our losses and once we filed a insurance claim with Pro Movers we were awarded a pittance on what was stolen from us and NEVER got a check from these slimeballs. DO NOT USE THEM! You will regret it!

  It was incredible to watch the guys operate so effectively. We had previously packed the larger goods, but we concerned about the glass cabinets. The team, on the other hand, was fantastic and was able to transfer and unload all of our belongings in a timely manner. I would strongly recommend it to anyone who needs assistance moving.

  From the first phone conversation to get a price, to the final box arriving at our new home on moving day, they were excellent. The team was punctual, and respectful of our belongings. Legends movers offer legendary help and we have no hesitation in recommending them. We cannot thank you enough for making the day as stress-free as possible.

  What an amazing experience with this moving broker business and the team they sent were great. I moved from a 4 story townhouse and they were magnificent movers and were very nice. They were careful with my things... almost as if they were theirs. Packing was careful and efficient. What else can you ask for? Thank you ***, ***** and *****, you were all a great help.

  This company was super helpful with getting my grandmother moved from ***** to her retirement home in **********, *******. They were very gentle with her belongings and overall just kind people. They created a stress-free environment while loading and unloading her property, I am super grateful for everything that they did for her and would definitely use them in the future.

  Okay I am finally finished moving, I was lucky enough to receive my stuff on Christmas eve eve, the 23rd. The moving crew picked my stuff on the 20th and delivered it 3 days later on the 23rd. I found this company while browsing long distance movers online. I was reluctant to use this company because I could not find movers to help me during the week of Christmas but Safe Ship found Ginn and Lou moving and storage for me. I contacted about 15 moving companies before I was able to find Safe Ship that actually helped me. The movers arrived with the truck at around 9 am. They moved all of the stuff from the truck into the first floor of my house. Since the moving team arrived early, I was able to have my living room and dining room completely set up nighttime. So i was able to have Christmas Eve and Christmas dinner, which is a big plus!
