    I requested a distribution from my old employer's 401k (with Slavic) to my rollover account. Slavic's site said the distribution was successful on 11/8/2022. Fast forward to 1/6/2023 and I see no distribution of funds into my new account. I called Slavic THREE times and have been left waiting to speak for someone for 30 minutes each time. I email them and they tell they cant discuss my account via email and to call. I am currently on the phone with them now and have been waiting 25 minutes. When I called the provider of my rollover account to see if maybe I missed something, they have no payment from Slavic at all. DO NOT USE them.This is so unprofessional and frustrating. I just want to know where my money is.

    This company is holding funds but have mechanisms in place to ignore participants and retain their money for larger periods. Links for distributions are broken online, phones don't get answered and the pass the ball around until they ignore you 100%. They should not be in business. I have emails as proof requesting my money and nothing happened. They go into hiding.

    Hi ***,

    Our records show you have spoken to members of our customer service team and our distributions team over the past couple of weeks and have been informed of the situation. The reason you cannot access your account is because the employer your 401(k) was offered through switched 401(k) providers. Attached is a notice you should have received in December 2022 regarding this. Slavic401k no longer manages your account/money. There is a contact person named in the notice that you should reach out to for help moving forward. They will be able to give you further direction on your 401(k) account with the new provider and assist with a distribution if you would like one. Thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    My application went through and was on step 2 out of 4 way before those dates. I never received any notice from anyone. You had my plan, my money, you respond to the acct holder. Who was notify that my acct had a pending distribution request before the actual move? I didn't? No mail, no calls, no emails about the blackout notice. 

    Again, My distribution should've been done by Jan 15th the latest after calling and emailing my Intensions since December and no response.

    I waited on hold over 1 hr several times as soon as they knew I wanted my money. Then they will hang up. Unethical practices.

    I have been calling Slavic since November 2022. I haven't been able to speak to anyone in customer service. I enter information requested via phone. Via recorded message, they have me as a member. I'm put on hold for 20 plus minutes each time. Via their website they request information not available. I had someone else call from a different phone number. They are put on hold for a long period of time too, never getting o speak to anyone.

    I have been for over 1 month trying to get access to my 401k I had with my past employer. The account was linked to my old email address. I have sent the required email and 5 calls to set up with my email address to reset the password. Today I had on hold for 45 min then the call disconnected. Their customer service is terrible, and I cant access my own 401k!!

    Have been calling there customer service center for over two weeks. On hold for hours and have not yet been able to speak to anyone. It's is by far the worst customer service I have experienced. As of right now been on hold for three hours right now and still no body answers. They really need to fix this problem. Very frustrating. Also have emailed them and still no response.

    This company does not answer phone calls and the only way to manage your account properly is by phone, their website does not have an option to rollover your account to an IRA.I have been trying to contact them for more than a week, but they are happy to leave you on hold for hours, no matter what time of day. I have tried multiple times during the day.Looking at other people's similar complaints, I am baffled that such a company is allowed to stay in business and legally permitted to handle people's money.I just want to take my money out and sever relationship with them, but it's impossible to get a hold of any body there.

    When you get to the screen that asks you to pick a distribution option, choose "existing *** account" if you already have an *** to roll your 401(k) into. After that, you can follow the prompts to complete the rollover request. Thank you.

    I have never made a complaint of this kind. I requested a check from Slavic to roll over the amount remaining in my 401K plan to my new *** account about 2 months ago. I specifically gave them the information that needed to be stated on the check in order for to be processed by ******* ******. They put the incorrect information on the check and it was rejected. I have been on hold with their customer service for over an hour trying to get this rectified. I work, too, and can not be waiting for an hour on hold with a company to get the money that belongs to me.

    Hi there,I am complaining as I have not been able to reach a single slavic401k customer rep on both occassions I have called their 800 number and been left on hold for over 30 minutes. I have also contacted their email and support pages multiple times.My issue is that I am trying to log into my slavic online portal, but they are trying to send a text message authentication to a phone number I no longer have access to and there is no way to change that or log in without contacting customer support that do not respond!!I have recently changed jobs so it is urgent that I access my slavic account to make sure the tranisiton is smooth Slavic can you please contact me to resolve this issue

    I began working with my new employer on 12/5/22. So the moment I was able to attempt to roll over my old 401k with ****** to my new employer I tried to do so. Their online form to submit a withdrawal for roll over seems to fail on many browsers (I have tried Chrome, Edge and Firefox). Firefox is the only one that allows me to get past the save and continue page however fails on the next page. I attempted to contact customer support 5+ times to get this handled with no success of ever getting anyone on the phone. Each of those calls I was waiting 25 minutes to an hour with no success. I am in sales so losing the time to be able to dial prospects cost me money away from work. I am coming up on my 60 days at the new job and from what I have read could lose the ability to rollover my funds to my new 401k tax free. This is beyond frustrating that a company holding tens of thousands of dollars is unable to help with simple requests. I have even tried contacting them by their online customer support page however when you complete the form and submit it just errors each time..

    My Complaint is against Slavic 401k located in your city in. I have attempted contact on numerous occasions today and previously at the listed number *************. In the past they were helpful. Now the company will not return calls or messages. I have reached out to my former human resources individual *********************** with ********* Greenfiber to help with this. I have not received and information back yet. I feel she will contact me regarding this. My former email that I used to login to the account is no longer valid. I can not reach them to update my information. It appears they have many complaints regarding the same issue from other individuals. Any help in getting Slavic to contact me would be appreciated. I need my funds released from Slavic and sent to my address certified expeditiously.
