      This company is horrible. They showed up an hour late with a pick up truck and a small trailer when they said they were bringing a large truck with two movers two men. An old man showed up and a kid about 18 that mightve weighed 90 pounds so wet it was the young mans first day first move. He knew nothing about wrapping picking up furniture Nothing and the old man was weak. Just couldnt do the moving was supposed to be a two hour move that ended up being six hours this company disconnects their pick up truck and drives away and the worker is supposed to call them when theyre done. We waited an hour for the truck to show back up by then it was Dark And they did not even bring half the things in the house. They said they were tired and needed to go home. I asked for my money back and they have not replied responded or anything please do not use flex you will regret it.

      I used Flex Moving & storage to move from ******** to ********** a few months ago. I do recommend them. They called a couple of days prior to the move to reconfirm and were very timely with the move. They packed everything for us and were very courteous. I will definitely use them again.

      I recently had the pleasure of using Des for a pickup, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, the experience was truly five-star. The driver was incredibly courteous and friendly, making me feel comfortable and valued as a customer.What really stood out was their excellent communication. I was kept informed of every step of the process, including any minor changes or delays. They provided timely updates, which allowed me to plan my day without any stress or uncertainty.Furthermore, the driver was exceptionally professional. She arrived immediately started working to remove the trailer, and maintained a professional demeanor throughout the entire interaction.       Customer Care: Superstars all around. Call on the phone and speak to someone knowledgeable and efficient. But if you don't feel like talking, EMAIL the support team from the website link about ANYTHING, any questions at all. Your contact is acknowledged, and HUMAN BEING will call within 24 hours. Leila, a ray of pure sunshine, called me on a SUNDAY. She verified my identity with some questions, like fraud prevention! That is so reassuring. Then, she helped me arrange my pod drop off to my new address! All pertinent location info was verified. ALL fees were reviewed, no hidden charges, and she is smart, patient, and and kind. Billing: Every month like clockwork, Flex emails me a pdf invoice AND a pdf receipt for the reasonable storage fees. The documents are SO easy to save to your records, for the business expenses or maybe the divorce lawyer. Always the on time, always professional. Product: Roomy sexy little pod, as advertised, shiny, and smells so good inside (its lined inside with real wood). My container was pristine clean as well, so I am very grateful. There was more than enough room, and you can see all the high tech gadgets as advertised on their website. NOTE: Whiners need to keep in mind: like retail accounting, or grade periods ending, the end/start of EVERY MONTH, thousands of leases start and end. So maybe the hold time is a little longer. But they have supplied alternative communications that reach reliable HUMAN BEINGS who will gladly HELP you and arrange your appointments within days.

      Misquoted. Over charged. Under delivered. I sold my house. I had to move. Received a quote of $2880. 2 days before the move quote was raised to $3880. At this time, I was charge a deposit of $200. I Negotiated a price of $3456. Told it wouldn’t take longer than 4 hours to load and 2 to unload. Provide a credit card to schedule the move. During the loading there were hours (of dead time) that were not efficiently utilized. Half the crew (2 of 4) were removed from the job of loading and sent to another job. Trailers weren’t available and the crew waited for the trailers. Once the final trailer arrived, late in the evening, it wasn’t equipped to secure my property and the crew spent time equipping the trailer. More dead time. During the load, I was overcharged $4200. Even though being told I would be charge for all the excessive time and that I would be only charged what was quoted. As we waited on trailers, one crew member mentioned how trailers were delivered to the wrong destination. This was unsettling. Another contract crew member asked my wife if he could ride with her to our new house to help unload. This was a 6 hour drive. This was disturbing. These delays in loading took the entire day. We should have been out of that house early in the afternoon, allowing my wife and I the time to drive 6 hours to our new house. These delays had us leaving town after 10pm. This was huge inconvenience and exhausting. During the unloading, only 3 of the 5 trailers were present at my new home. It wasn’t until 6 hours after these 3 trailers were unloaded that the final two trailers arrived. More dead time. I initially agreed to the $2880 quote. Then the quote was surprisingly increased to $3880 two days before I had to move leaving me no time to seek other movers. Yet was over charged $4500 for poor service and damaged property. I had to move as I retired after 30 plus years of public service and sold my house. I’ve endured many moves. This by far was the worst.
