1 starI should have checked the complaints before I ever did business with flex! My Daughter was funding the bill pay with her card! After she paid to deliver the trailer IN ****** TX Shortly after my Daughter's Debit Card was hacked for $3000? I had loaded my belongs on the trailer by now. I received a call from a ****** **** 21st, telling me the bill was due! I informed her of how the payment would be made, as it was initiating the account-things would move slow, there were money flow issues "they were patient&understanding to lure me" but the bill would be paid! Per ***** the salesperson: I was under the impression ***** was the Owner! **** 27th I got another call from ****** letting me know more money was due, I went to my email once I made it home & saw a late fee is all what was needed to satisfy the bill! I called to handle the $37.89 &to resolve why a another card was needed to update the account! I called once&was hung up on after trying to get the late fee removed? I immediately called back a Leaya was the name given "this time" I made sure I wrote her name because she sound exactly like the person that had just hung up on me a moment ago! After paying the late fee I was 1st told&then sent an email of the a past due bill, that Leaya lied & said that was sent to me on the 21st! So I asked why trick me to pay a LATE CHRAGE when I didn't have the $167.79 on My NOW UPDATED card! I ask Leaya to remove the late fee, ****** had already threaten me that by 6PM ****27th `25 they were coming to pick up the trailer! (The Trailer charge quoted me to be @ my house was not the same charge I was told for THEM storing the trailer, the trailer was going to sit @my address until March, but I was being charged for storage prices! I emptied the trailer NOW they can come get it! I want nothing to do with flex, it's obvious their lack integrity they misleading with their character mannerisms, they are rude&crass, they seem to be building the company on deception($)!Flex Storage Inc.

I wouldn’t use this company again if they were the last storage company out there. The one thing that made it MUCH BETTER, WAS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP NAMED—— **** *****. She deserves Employee of the Month, or better, year. She fixed our problem in under one minute. I have been trying to reach someone at that company for almost 3 weeks, and they would not return phone calls. 19 messages over 3 weeks and no response. **** ****** made my weekend by fixing our problem so quickly. She couldn’t have been nicer, or more professional on the phone. Bless **** *****l. DO NOT USEFlex Storage Inc.

1 starTHE WORST MOVING COMPANY I'VE EVER USED!!! STAY AWAY!!! If I could give negative stars I would. I booked with them for my move from a 2 bedroom apartment to my very 1st home I've ever owned on Saturday, 8/3/24. It took 2 guys 9 hours to load & unload just my boxes and a few pieces of furniture. They broke/damaged several pieces of furniture, dropped boxes, stacked heavy boxes on top of boxes marked fragile with my china, computer equipment and other delicate, irreplaceable items. They tossed my china boxes to each other and turned boxes on their sides and upside down with no regards to what was in them. Charged me $830 for moving 1/2 my apt and ruining what was supposed to be one of the happiest and exciting days of my life! Moving into the first home I've ever owned. I've called multiple times, they have blocked my number and will not return any of my calls. I have not been able to speak with a supervisor, but have been promised multiple times I would be contacted! I had to hire another moving company at the last minute to finish moving my furniture. What should have taken 1 day to move turned into 2 days, 2 companies & more than double the money. BE WARNED! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE A SCAM AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUIN YOUR POSSESSIONS!!!Flex Storage Inc.

5 starsGreat experience. Easy to use units with extras like grated flooring for easy sliding. Slow release back doors. We stored our stuff for 3 1/2 months. Everything stayed dry and protected. Their delivery and pickup drivers were professional and courteous.Flex Storage Inc.

1 starDO NOT *************** TO FLEX STORAGE. Their telephone manners are impeccable while their moving skills are deplorable. Flex Storage of ***** demonstrated blatant disregard for our belongings, breaking multiple items, and failing to supervise crews woefully unfamiliar with the moving process. Our initial calls were handled very professionally and scheduling our move was a breeze. The issues came when it was time for the actual move to take place. The crew assigned to our move was dropped off by a supervisor who left as soon as the trailer was parked. Items marked as fragile were placed below boxes clearly marked as heavy. Wooden furniture was slide across driveway pavers on its side, and items were randomly place in the trailers with very little consideration for adjacent items. Following both the loading and unloading process moving crews were left to wait for HOURS in our yard waited for transportation. Buyer be very wary.Flex Storage Inc.
