      From the introduction call, to the follow up, and post move call, we were very pleased with Flex Moving and Storage. The 2 gentlemen that did the moving were courteous and worked with a sense of urgency. As to not pad the bill to increase the price. I will definitely call them again and recommend to anyone needing to move!

      Dont Do it. Dont do it. Dont do it. Dont do it. Dont do it. Dont do it. Dont do it. Dont do it. Dont do it. Dont do it. Dont do it. Dont do it. Dont do it. Dont do it on a good day. Dont do it on a bad day. If it was the last day on earth still dont do it.This was the most horrific and terrible experience I have ever had in my life. Im honestly disgusted with the work they provided. They are scammers and unprofessional and dont have real movers, they hire contractors. They will also try to overcharge you. Everything you think can go wrong that is what you will get. I cant describe how terrible it was. You would be better off asking someone on the street for help. If you book with them dont say I didn't tell you so. flex movers should shut down. It was so bad Im thinking about getting a lawyer involved because what they did was WRONG. dont do it. Don't do it 100 times over. Oh did I mention me AND my cousin had to help them because there wasnt enough moving equipment!!!!!!! THEY ARE CROOKS. FLEX ***** MOVERS.

      This company cannot be called movers, because that is one thing they don't do. They arrived late, and missing 1 of 3 movers. They began moving my items and broke my couch. All the items in my inventory list did not fit. I was attempting to reach a resolution for my broken couch, missing employee, and the movers doing very little to no moving after mishandling my items. I sent them picture evidence, where they acknowledged the mistakes so far, and said they would get back to me with a discounted price, cool. I had locked my card in the case that they tried to run the full amount- WHICH THEY TRIED- and once the payment didn't go through- they moved my trailer to a secure lot, without telling me anything. Time passes, still hadn't heard back or gotten the trailer delivered- so I call and they let me know about its secure location. I argue that I will not be paying full price, and that I wanted a discount like I was promised. Alas, a few HOURS go by and some team lead acknowledges how terrible its been handled thus far, so ****** agreed to release the trailer at no cost (due to their disappointing service thus far)- but my husband and I would be in charge to UNLOADING the entire trailer. Finally, the trailer is dropped off and I open said trailer, and the way it was loaded caused irreversible damage to my fridge doors. Now I have a broken couch, a dented fridge AND I still had to hire someone else to move what didn't fit from the inventory list. So once again, I call. They tell me I need to file a claim. I file and wait the respected 10 days- TO BE TOLD THEY COMPENSATED ME ALREADY! Even though, the discounted service was given to me NOT for reparations of my damaged items, but to dismiss the complaints about missing mover, movers not doing anything, kicking my items, ******, needless to say I will be filing a claim is small claims court, as I have never experienced such NEGLIGANCE, UNPROFFESSIONAL, & UNACCOUNTABILITY in my life.NOTHING BUT A HUGE SCAM!

      Absolutely the Worst Moving Experience Avoid at All Costs!I scheduled a move Flex weeks in advance for my older sibling, a senior citizen who had no other options for help. We confirmed the date and time multiple times, only for them to cancel the day before with no explanation that made any sense. This was not just inconvenientit was devastating.Their customer service was beyond unacceptable. A manager was supposed to call us back to address the issue, but we never received a single call or even an apology. The lack of accountability and basic decency was shocking.Because of their last-minute cancellation, we were forced to scramble to find another mover on short notice and ended up paying hundreds of dollars more. This entire ordeal created an unimaginable amount of stress for my family during an already difficult time. The emotional toll this causedespecially for my siblingwas **************** one should have to go through this kind of unprofessionalism and disregard for their customers. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from this company.

      I had to call the bank halfway through and dispute the charges. They broke the TV stand I had. They wouldnt move my safe upstairs which was literally the reason I hired them. The TVs literally fell over during the drive. The driver literally backed into the trailer and then backed the trailer into a tree. Movers were nice guys but not professionals. Stay away from this company.

      I hired Flex for a move from ******, ** to *********, **, after comparing quotes from several companies. I was quoted between $450$520, with a $200 deposit paid upfront. I chose Flex thinking they were the most reasonablethat was a mistake.After evaluating my items, the mover determined the trailer Flex had provided was too small, which turned out to be true. The movers were unable to finish the job within the scheduled time and sent the trailer ahead. Not long after, I was alerted by my bank that an additional $520 charge was attempted on my cardunauthorized. I then received a call from **** stating I now owed the full $520 (on top of the deposit), despite having been quoted a total estimate of $450$520. They told me if I didnt pay immediately, my belongings would not be delivered.This situation caused me severe stress and panic. I had no idea where my belongingsincluding valuable electronics and sensitive documentswere being stored. With storms approaching, I was terrified of potential water damage or theft.Eventually, five hours later, I received a call confirming payment and was told the trailer would be delivered between 8:0010:00 AM the next morning. Still, they refused to tell me where my items had been stored. The trailer was finally delivered, but I have not yet been able to confirm whether everything is intact.This entire ordeal cost me $720, and left me with unauthorized charges, a canceled credit card, and an ongoing dispute with my bank. In my opinion, Flex is running a deceptive, unethical operation that borders on extortion.I strongly advise against using Flex. Do not trust them with your move, your time, or your property.

      Dear Flex Storage Team,Im writing to formally request reimbursement due to multiple issues during my recent move, which fell short of the service promised and paid for. I kindly request the refund be processed by the end of this week.Heres a summary:The movers arrived 30 minutes late, putting us behind schedule.Though my items were gathered quickly, we waited nearly 2 additional hours for the pick-up truck. This delay caused us to exceed the reserved 8:0011:00 AM moving window.Two of my shelves were broken during the move-out. I request a deduction for their cost, with a screenshot attached showing the identical shelves from Walmart.Upon arriving at my new residence (42 minutes away), an unauthorized $680 charge attempt was made to my card. Though later adjusted to $460, it was still inaccurate, as my flat-rate estimate was capped at $600 (see attached).A picture frame, not part of the move, was broken by one of the movers. I request reimbursement of $9.99 + tax (photo available upon request).One mover left early, leaving my friend and me to unload the restdefeating the purpose of hiring a moving service.Despite the total move taking less than two hours, I was overcharged with no consideration for the delays, damage, or labor we provided.Due to the stress, damages, and out-of-pocket costs, I am requesting reimbursement for:1.Broken shelves (screenshot attached)2.Damaged picture frame ($9.99 + tax)3.Compensation for the labor my friend and I performed 4.A corrected charge that reflects the actual service provided Please address this matter urgently. If not resolved by weeks end, Ill be forced to consider legal options for breach of agreement and property damage.I look forward to your prompt ************* regards,

      Worse move ever. First salesman said I was getting 4 men & a truck - I got 1 guy & a trailer dumped in my driveway. The one guy pretty much loaded first trailer, 2 other workers showed up & a second trailer. After that was loaded they realized they needed a third trailer and 4th guy finally showed up. Then they went to get drinks for over an hour & a half. Most outrageous moving company if you can even call it a moving company. Maybe for college *************** rooms yes but not 3 bedroom households . Needless to say but they did not get all my furnishings and didn't care. One good worker ( *********) the other 3 were late & lazy ! Would never ever use again nor would I ever recommend. Stay away from using this company - they are not good & they scuffed my front door, some door frames, did not put furniture back together correctly, then charges me extra for their misstake ! I may contest the charges because of this but DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! And they control & delete bad reviews - there's no way they come close to any five star rating ! Guaranteed FAKE reviews !!!

      The company stores, your credit card information, without permission and also makes charges without your consent or knowledge all the while charging you a high price and the full amount before the service is completed and the client is satisfied. Poor customer service and a horrendous policy to charge clients before service is completed and signed off on.
