      The most unprofessional and malicious moving company I have ever encountered. I do real estate so I am used to a lot of companies but this one is the absolute worst. To start the untrained mover (first day on the job) completely broke a high end TV, the mover apologized and immediately sent the picture to his boss and a claim was started. They offered a measly $50 to cover for the damages, they dont tell you this but they pay .60$ cents per pound of broken items, the TV fell on its back and does not work at all. They also attempted to squeeze all my items into a small container which damaged high end tables and furniture. They also like to overcharge for hours in which the drivers leave the workers standing around but you still have to pay for their down time.And try to communicate with them, the customer care service representative *** just answers the phone and tells you someone will call you but you get no call backs and no manager to speak with.Please stay away and DO NOT HIRE this company, do not hire them, they get new movers daily that are untrained and arguing with each other while doing the move.If you look they have so many negative reviews, Im almost certain the positive reviews are either fake or bought, this should be investigated.This company has been reported to the BBB as well.

      I don't even know where to begin. They only sent one mover to move my entire 2500 square foot home when I was promised two movers. Nobody spoke English to communicate. They broke several items in my home including two dressers, a storage cabinet and my king sized mattress Worth $4,000 and gave me a refund of $102. I would highly recommend spending a little bit more money with a better company who cares about their customers items. The movers they sent were very careless didn't wrap any furniture, banged up against walls, creating dents and scratches on the floors and walls. The whole experience with flex moving storage has been a complete nightmare!!!

      This company is a rip off!!! They have basically a 1 bedroom pod. The first initial one they charge you for it to be delivered and on the same day. Then they charge you to come and pick it up and store it and that's only if they get the correct address to where you want it picked up at. Then to get it from there storage and brought to your new location, they charge again. Mind you, all these fees are at or over $200. Now, today may 13, 2025, they want to charge me $171 to come and pick up these pods. Let me tell you something, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!!! All these charges weren't mentioned at the beginning. I was better off with a physical POD. At least they charge 1 fee and deliver the pod. They will come pick it up and store it and also bring it back to your newest location all for that 1 beginning price you pay. This company will rob you, if you let them!!! As of today I have finally emptied the pod out and swept it, this lady just told me that I have to pay them again to pick up an empty pod. Said if I keep it til next month they gone charge me again. I'm on disability so they gone have to work that out. I don't have money like that. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY DON'T DO GOOD BUSINESS!!! No pod should cost almost $1000 for a period of less than 2 weeks. Shoot, regular storage companies don't charge that much. DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THERE UNLESS YOU HAVE LOTS OF DOLLARS.

      The customer service was superb to say the least. I felt heard, understood, and what I needed was more important than selling a high- end package. Referrals every chance I get. I don't recommend many businesses, but I'm definitely putting a 10 on Flex moving!

      WARNING! Pay attention to one star!!I recently used Flex and it caused me endless trouble. They tried to pay me off to remove my negative review which I did not want to do so I could warn other people about how this company runs. The company refused to refund me for their wrong logistics (hours they charged me for when movers had not arrived yet and going to wrong location mid move). I had texts from the company at 8:33 saying they were 30 minutes out and they refused to acknowledge this saying their records show an 8 am arrival. They knocked on my door at 9:31. I finally thought I was being helped when they offered to refund me and then they stopped the refund until my review was removed. I was so confused on how a company that had been so horrible had such good reviews. I booked them strictly because of these reviews and now it all makes sense. They fraudulently charge and refuse to the help. Please stay away from this company. I do not want anyone else to have to go through what I went through
