5 starsDarlene, my account manager at ECapital has been nothing short of great! She responds to all my questions and concerns in a timely fashion and is always there whenever I call. I was very doubtful about factoring in the beginning but she has given me a new positive view on the product. Thank you Darlene and Ecaptial for helping my business!

This Review is regarding the Prestige Outstanding and Impeccable Professionalism and Performance of ****** ***** at eCapital. Honestly there are really no words that can even begin to express the height width and depth of our appreciation toward ****** ***** for all that she has done to help keep our business moving forward by not only expediting all of our submissions for the loads we have competed that we submit to our Portal for payment, but by also protecting us from any type of fraud by raising our awareness and constantly keeping us knowledgeable and aware of what to look out for when we're dealing with Brokers when we're in the process of booking our loads. Her conduct, character and conversation, honesty and integrity has been exercised and facilitated with the highest level of respect and concern for the success of our business and there's just not enough we can say to show our appreciation about her Professionalism. 5 starsI've been a client of ecapital since 2020 my original account manager was ****** ****** who did a wonderful job assisting me unfortunately the trucking industry suffered in 2022 as a result my company did also however in ************************************************************************* ******** ******* she was there to help with so many different issues short payments from brokers and things like that but the most amazing thing she did was got my fuel cards back activated for me originally ecapital refused to reactive my cards but ******** continued to work with me until ecapital decided to return my fuel cards overall ecapital is a great factoring company and I'm grateful they placed me with a great account manager Mrs ******** *******eCapital Freight Factoring Corp.
