1 starI had a disappointing experience with e-Capital. Communication was slow and unclear throughout the process, making it difficult to get timely answers to my questions. There were unexpected fees that were not clearly explained upfront, which caused frustration and distrust. Overall, I felt the level of transparency and customer support was below what I expected from a financial services company. I would caution others to thoroughly review all terms before working with e-Capital.eCapital Freight Factoring Corp.

1 starI just found out that this company filed a *** against my company without properly explaining what it was or even getting my clear consent. This is not how you build trust with customers. A *** filing might be standard in factoring, but it should be disclosed upfront, explained clearly, and not used as a scare tactic against other business relationships. If this is how they operate before you even start factoring, imagine what happens after you sign. Shady business practices. Run.Review fromVincent W

1 starI worked with Ecapital fur 1.5 years the last 3 months was an absolute nightmare! Around the beginning of 2025 they breached the contract then after that they did it multiple times. Basically I would submit my invoices for next day or 2 day payments which is their whole purpose and they wouldn't fund me for 4-5 days sometimes. There was always an excuse like my manager was out of the office or on vacation. Soon after I reached out about the breaches they started asking me for a good BBB rating which I should've never done! I asked out of my contract due to the breaches in April they denied me and said it would cost me early termination fees$2700+700+ all owed debts) because my contract automatically renewed without my knowledge . As I was gathering more information for my case $1000 went missing out of my cash account they claimed my broker never paid an invoice from months ago. I immediately reached out to my broker and they informed me that Ecapital never submitted that invoice until 2 days prior which means they would get paid in 28 days. The very next day after that I received an email that they were no longer factoring me and passing me to another factoring company. Very unprofessional. I would NEVER Recommend this factoring company look for a small company if you need one Thanks for readingeCapital Freight Factoring Corp.

Thanks so much for allowing us to respond to this issue via the Better Business Bureau.
After a thorough review of the notes on this client's account there were incidents of delayed funding due to paperwork issues and our inability to obtain proper verification on some loads. We are a financial partner to the transportation industry who advances on completed loads. In order for us to be paid in a timely manner a complete invoice packet is required for funding; if any part of the invoice packet is missing we are unable to advance until all required documentation is received.
Recently eCapital, after careful consideration made the difficult decision to discontinue our financing relationship with several clients in an effort to align with our long term strategic objectives. Understating how vital consistent cash flow is to all of our clients, we took steps to support a seamless transition with another lender.
