1 starWe are a current client for 5 years in those 5 years they changed account reps for us more than *********************************************************************************** a meeting and promises to call back that had never happened reps are rude to us and dont since to care about our business they do mistakes and you have to deal with please dont get yourself on this unnecessary stress STAY AWAY sincerely ******** rolling transportation

1 starI worked with ecapital for 2 years. On the second year. I asked to terminate my contract at the end with a 0 balance. Ecapital however resigned me to a new contract and is requesting that I pay a $8000.00 early termination fee. This company has a hold on my business with a 0 balance and is preventing me from signing with any other factoring company. This is unconstitutional and wrong. The management and owner of ecapital does not care about anyone as long as they are making money off the backs of hard working people. If you are looking for a factoring company don't work with ecapital. They will rip you off.eCapital Freight Factoring Corp.

2 starsWe are working with Ecapital for over a year and is a classic factoring company, depending on what your rep is doing or not doing they approve your loads normally same day doesnt matter what time you send your load, they rises your factoring percentage with not advise to you I started with **** and less and a year went up to over 3 percent Dont forget dont trust in what they promise to you!!!eCapital Freight Factoring Corp.

1 star****$10,000 to terminate your contract. ****. -Even if you have no collections-This is not stated on the contract you sign but only a small link on the one page docusign they send you. I feel scammed and so disrespected. No one knows anything and they often take several days to get back to your inquiry. Due to an issue I had with a collector submitting a UCC to Ecapital they stopped funding me. My reserves were shortly spent before I ended up settling with the collector. Ecapital worsened the situation with lack of communication and refusal to acknowledge the settlement letter. Still I intended to resume factoring. My insurance had lapsed and I needed to reactivate my MC. I had requested money from my cash account so I can get started again. They refused to release these fully paid funds I rightfully earned because they wanted my MC active. But I couldnt get active without the funds. After sending countless emails with little to no response I was advised that I have a window of 11/4-12/4 to cancel. Which I did on 11/17 however they advised since I had an invoice in dispute I would have to pay the balance off. The vendor ended up paying 12/15. Since its 11 days passed their deadline they want $10k. Beware these guys are pretty nasty and unwilling to compromise at all.eCapital Freight Factoring Corp.

1 starThey're are awful! Worked 18 days hauling freight with not one dime being paid to me. They owe me over $9000.00 Was able to speak to someone up until today and all they say are lies.Please don't work for them.eCapital Freight Factoring Corp.
