I started out with Accutrac Capital after jumping thru hoops and involving my lawyer to get a letter of release from First Line Funding. Somewhere along the line they became eCapital. Service has always been good, easy to use site, check credit of brokers and generate invoices. A few growing pains as they upgraded their website, and tried to centralize customer service, thankfully that was a short lived mistake and they went back to individual reps. Invoices get funded quickly and in my bank thru ACH deposit same or next day. Only beef I have is their % cut went from 2.5% to 3.2% due to the increases in the Prime Rate. Tough but it's part of the buisness.eCapital Freight Factoring Corp.

1 star. Completely unprofessional. Same day pay, NEVER. Build your companies credit, but you find out the GAS CARDS AREN’T IN YOUR COMPANIES NAME. I started a 90 day TRIAL with them. Three weeks in I wanted to get away from them. Three weeks later after chasing them down I was told I would have to pay $2000 to terminate a TRIAL. The manager told me it would be a total of a $750 buyout fee. Then somehow the $2000 was attached to the reserves when buyout letter was sent. CRIMINALSeCapital Freight Factoring Corp.

1 starThe 1 star is only because the system makes you choose at least 1. All I can say is be careful who you talk to and give your *** & MC# to. I had a conversation with these guys, I did submit an application but... never signed the final documentation. As a matter of fact, as of today I am still getting email reminders to sign the docusign. But.... this company filed a UCC lien against my business, 1 day, after me speaking to them and asking questions. It's such bad business and extremely unprofessional to try and force someone into giving you business by placing a lien on their business to try and lock you in. In the meantime, I can't hire a factoring company because this lien shows up against my business. I have sent multiple emails, I now have my attorney involved but this is hurting my business & affecting my business. My attorney sent them a letter but the lien is still in place. The factoring company I decided to go with has also been sending emails asking for a lien release or buyout. But. There is no need for a buyout because I NEVER entered in a contract with them nor conducted business with them. Absolutely! Do! Not! Conduct business with this company. Anyone that has to use fraud to get business, is certainly not worth patronizing. All necessary parties have been notified. I am not!! going to sit back having my business affected because of them but they think they will continue to conduct theirs without consequences to their fraudulent acts. 1 starNot a good company to work with. Theyll put a lien on your company and try to force you into an agreement. They give you a trial period then file a UCC with your company. Stay away from these people. They cant be trustedeCapital Freight Factoring Corp.

1 starCompany is alright at first. The app messes up and makes it hard to keep moving. They will get you funded usually the next day. Never funded same day. Most of all, Make sure that you have access to your funds before planning loads because the system they use is always messing up. Like today I got funded but cant access anything and my account shows a blank white page. Not only that its Friday and we mess a load . I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone unless you want to experience delays and system outages over and over .eCapital Freight Factoring Corp.
