            I used this service 3 years ago and they lost one of my shirts. They did pay for the shirt but not the trips and inconvenience. Due to their proximity I tried to use them again and after one week they have now lost two shirts. When I brought it to the attention of the clerk he said give me time so I gave him two business days and returned. When I asked for the shirts he began raising his voice saying I told you Wednesday. When I said he didnt say that last time he got louder. He said we have been here 30 years and dont have problems. I calmly explained that they lost my shirt 3 yrs ago and I didnt want a repeat the clerk got even louder and said if we lose it we will pay for it. No apologies no politeness nothing. I explained when I get all of my clothes back I will not use the business again and the clerk said fine I have enough business here.
