      OMG
      I have called multiple times. The customer service is poor. I wish I'd researched this company prior to providing my cc info and I am adding my name to the list of dissatisfied customers who have been ripped off by this company. I have called, emailed & most recently sent a letter demanding a refund for the $24.97 (approx) membership that I did NOT agree to. The dispute has been & is being handled very unprofessionally. I ordered one pair of the compression socks $6.95 on 6/15. On 6/28 I saw an additional charge for $24.97 (approx) & called. No live person. I left several messages. This is so sad that a company resorts to cheating customers & failing to follow through on refunding unfairly & illegally charging for unrequested
      **! I'm angry yes! They sent me $6.55! What is that? I call it SHORT by approx 18 bucks & change! Thank you BBB for allowing me to vent! **** ***** in FL

      I ordered a pair of socks from back solutions ad said only pay shipping when socks arrived they were way to small and now they have been debiting $24.97 a month from my bank and when I call its the same thing they are closed will open at 9 am but 9 am never comes I have emailed and called with no responce that will rip you off fast do not buy, I contacted my bank but since it comes out of my debit card they can't do anything they have took $50 out of my account for 1 pair of stupid socks.

      complete Scam,, deduct 24.95 (3)from my account ...called no answer & no return call.. Disputing charges thru My Bank. Investigation of Company..
