      Just went through the SAME C*** as ALL of you with the stupid socks. MONEY SUCKING VAMPIRES!!! They tried to say that I did not call them, they "RESEARCHED" my # ...Funny, cuz I sent them screen shots of the calls!! GOTCHA- LIARS!!!!! You do need to be put out of business along with refunding people's hard earned $. HOW DARN you PROFIT from our pain. Be Better- Do Better!! Sleep Tight...for there is a day of RECKONING. I shall pray for your SOULS ??

      Ordered the free pair of socks just pay 6. 95 shipping and handling the very next day I had a second charge for 49. 95 thankfully my bank asked if it was fraud and I put a stop to it.

      I purchased a pair of their socks for $6.95 a month later my credit card was charged $24.97, when I inquired about these charges they informed me when I purchased the socks I also signed up for their membership, I was not aware of any membership and as a result they canceled the membership and theyre not ignoring my emails requesting the $24.97 to be credited back to my account, it is very frustrating, Im going to cancel the card because of there dirty dealings Im certain theyll charge my card again. This company is not trustworthy, very shady practices, beware!

      I ordered the "free" sleeves for my feet. The advertisement said, " Just pay $6.95 for shipping and handling". I just now got a notice from my bank asking if I used my card today for $24.97 at this store. Of course I replied no! Fortunately my bank blocked the transaction! I've just been reading all the other reviews about this company, and I guess I should have checked here first before ordering! I did receive the sleeves. They were too small.This company is truly a sham! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

      I order the free sock paid the shipping. Now I'm getting charged $24.95 for membership. I didn't agree too. This is a SCAM. I sent them an email to cancel it. Also I canceled my credit card.

      I give 2 stars because the socks are of great quality. It is the way they do business that I don't like. I seen a promo on Facebook for a free pair of the backsocksleeve and pay postage which I did. It says there is a 14 day trial and then you can cancel. If you don't cancel, then there is a $24.97 charge for membership. I received the socks on September 6, 2022. I then see a charge on my bank account for the $24.97. It has not been 14 days yet. I emailed the company and the company said they emailed me a courtesy email on informing me my 14 day trial period was almost up and giving me the option to cancel. I searched and couldn't find the courtesy email from them. I even took a screenshot of my email. The agent then said, it's there, the one from Derek J****** on September 8th. What?? It wasn't addressed from the company, it was addressed from him. I don't know who he was and just thought it was spam. Of course, I am not going to open it up. We have gone back and forth in emails and he will not budge on refunding. He says, the company has a policy of not refunding. Yet, it was not 14 days since when I received the socks. Maybe from when I ordered but it needs to from when I received. This is NOT a trustworthy or honest company. As I read the reviews from the other customers, this company is doing the same to all of us. They need to be put out of business.

      09/12/2022 I responded to an ad online for compression socks, it stated you only pay, $6.95 for shipping. I have had nothing but problems with this company. They don't tell you on their site or the ad that you will be enrolled in a membership at $24.97 monthly. After putting in your information you click an that says, "Yes send me my sock" and then it takes you to payment. They do have that information about enrollment on the bottom of their home page but you have to search for it. So it's actually hidden in sight. After a 15 day "trial" they then start the billing. I never received any email letting me know this charge was coming, so there's no chance to cancel a service I never wanted to begin with. This is their trick, I call it a scam. They keep charging you and won't refund your money. Even though their website says you can cancel at any time. This must be stopped, immediately. It really doesn't deserve one star.

      Socks did not arrive on the date they were supposed to be here and I did not realize that by ordering them they would charge me $24.95 monthly in future because they did not make that clear up front. I feel doing that is a scam so i have canceled my order and threatened to file a BBB complaint if they charge me anything further.

      I ordered the free socks I was to pay for the shipping and handling(6.95). They charged me 24.97 for a subscription to do what? I was able to get in touch with them to stop the subscription. This is something that should be a law to make things like this to be printed in big letters so it will not be a issue. The socks did work. I thought for 6.95 that I lost was ok. But not for 24.97 a month. Doing business like this will hurt all internet potential customers, because no one wants to feel scammed or taking advantage of.

      Try get hold of them send back product no answer. Also they said I set up month fee which I didn't. They said they wold stop it .now just want to warn people about this company not good company .product not worth getting .complete Sam company .
