      I ordered a compression sleeve from backsock sleeve online I was supposed to be charged $6.95 instead they charged me $14.92 plus $49.95 The charge was made to my Cash app card

      I also ordered the compression socks and was charged $6.95 for shipping. I noticed the other day that this company has been taking out $24.95 per month for a club I didn't sign up for. They'd been taking this out since June and it is now August. Every time I call they say all lines are busy leave a message and no one calls you back. Can't get to talk to no one. I want a refund and cancel membership. If I knew this was a membership thing I never would of bought them. What a rip off!! Am I going to have to cancel my debit card and get another one? That screws everyone else up as far as other people I owe payments to. Looking for a $75.00 refund for the last 3 months if possible. No pair of socks is worth $75.00. Thank you!!

      JULY 18 AND AUGUST 16, 2022 CHARGEST FOR $24.97 WERE DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT BY THIS COMPANY WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION OR EXPLANATION. CUSTOMERS PURCHASE THE ***** AT $6.95. NOWHERE IS IT WRITTEN THAT THEY WILL CHARGE $24.97 EACH MONTH. I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING FOR THE $24.97 AND WOULD LIKE THIS SCAM TO STOP. PLEASE PUT A STOP TO IT.

      I ordered compression socks from BacksockSleeve.com on Jun 30,2022 and paid shipping of ****. Then was charged ***** for I didn't know why cause all I had to do was pay for the shipping and now my bank was charged and I want my money back and don't want to charged again

      05/30/2022 I ordered a pair of socks which I received from this company for $24.97 & they have been charging me for the last 5 months for this one pair of socks. I have called & written them. Finally I called my *********** changed the card so they can't take out any more money. They're just plain thieves. A little pair of compression socks has cost me hundreds of dollar

      I ordered a pair of socks from this company for free if I pay shipping. Now I have a new charge of 24.97. I can't afford this. I did not authorize this, and I need my money back

      Back solutions sock company is crooked I order a promotion socks for arch a plantar fasciitis problems for 6.95 received them I was immediately charged for 24.95 for something I never agreed to or ordered!! Called numerous times to get money returned to my debit card! The representative each time says it's up to a higher source to decide if I should get a refund!! Bull **** Do not order anything from this company unless u like using money to wipe your *** with and flush away because I believe I'll never be reimbursed this is horrible!! I needed this money for my car insurance which caused my account to lapse from them taken this money out before my paycheck was deposited!!

      I responded to an ad online for compression socks for $6.95 with no shipping or other charges. I have had nothing but problems with this company. They don't tell you on their site or the ad that you will be enrolled in a membership at $24.97 monthly. They do have that info on the bottom of their home page but you have to search for it. After a 15 day "trial" they then start the billing. I never received any email letting me know this charge was coming. And therefore no chance to cancel a service I never wanted to begin with. This is their trick, I call it a scam. They keep charging you and won't refund your money. Even though their website says you can cancel at any time. Please let people know about this sneaky business.

      I purchase I believe a trial period with this company, I was send some socks. I thought it was a one time purchase. Unfortunately, this company has debited my account for more product. I would like to have my account canceled. It it impossible to reach by phone and takes 48 hours to get a response. I thought it would be a one time thing, but No....they are continuing to debit my card. Please help me resolve this issue. I'm on a fixed income as well.
