    I have been trying to get an antenna for several weeks from Reolink, they don't sell them and they cannot point me in the right direction to get a new one, so I can't use my camera. , emails go back and fourth with no actual link or correct info to purchase the correct one. I have already purchased the wrong one. The camera just needs a new antenna , very simple situation you would have thought.

    The absolute WORST camera ever made. I have a LOREX NVR system 10+ years...no problems.
    Reolink I have had two months and has been nothing but problems, it is still not working and even though I contacted the company within the 30 day refund period I was told I HAD to let them troubleshoot first; conveniently they finished troubleshooting after the refund period so I was told NO refund. I can not say one good thing about this product other than Chinese JUNK. I am very dissatisfied. BUY IT IF YOUR A FOOL! They deserve a ZERO STAR but unfortunately you have to give them at least one. Seriously folks avoid all reolink products!!!

    The latest Reolink app update has been horrible and disabled critical camera functions like motion detection! Go look at the countless bad reviews in the Apple app store and Google Playstore of the recent issues. Spoke with four different Reolink support techs in 15 different emails and they have done a horrible job at understanding and/or fixing the issues in the last 2 weeks. They repeated ask the same questions and act as if I never explained the issues.

    Reolink is not a good company you only can called for Tech support 5pm to 2:30am Pacific standard time and it's very difficult to get someone on the phone. It rain in New York city and two of my cameras want out from April 10/2023 I have been emailing and calling to get my cameras replaced, I was Promise by two different people that I spoke and on till this day I haven't received my replacement cameras. My experience with reolink is disgusting they don't care about there customers it Sunday may 07/2023 and still my cameras are still out from April 10/2023 I have been emailing reolink ten times a day for their help and still nothing. It doesn't take a month to help your customers and replace there cameras. I wouldn't recommend reolink to no one. worse experience ever

    Purchased a Reolink camera in August 2022 from Amazon - had issues with it recently and reached out for support. After the diagnostics I was sent to the RMA department only to be told that since the seller wasn't directly Reolink that there was nothing they could do to help.

    I verified with their CS that purchasing from Amazon warehouse would still be covered by Reolink for the warranty and was told yes. Had they said no I would have returned the camera during the return period.

    I was told the CS agent must have misunderstood as just buying from them on Amazon, but I clearly asked "Do you honor the warranty of items purchased from Amazon Warehouse?"

    Their response - "Dear Customer,

    Yes, even though you bought it on Amazon, we will cover the warranty for you.??? Please do not worry.

    Anything we can help you with, please do not hesitate to contact us."

    I own 5 Reolink cameras and am very disappointed with the way they handle any kind of warranty issues, as they obviously don't stand behind their products or word.

    I left a review on trustpilot and they responded, but still did not offer any solution, only that they would pass on the complaint.

    Battled for 8 months to work with Reolink tec dept to solve poor tracking on outdoor camera. They even did remote desktop and checked all settings, up to date software and still didnt work correctly. Very unprofessional ,incompetent and fraudulent company. After 8 month i was told no exchange and no refunds. NEVER purchase from this company.

    Worst customer service I have ever delt with. Left numerous emails about an issue with my alarm beep not working with no response to fixing this issue. This is is one feature you would want to ensure is working in order to alert you when somenone is in the driveway or coming to the door. Isn't that the whole purpose of having a security camera!

    Bought a camera last June. Went out in December. I had to pay shipping cost for a replacement! They sent a new one, two months later this one has gone out as well. They refuse to refund me or back their products. Do yourself a favor and get a RING camera.

    Absolutely despicable customer service. Received non working camera and wanted to return. No phone number to call. Submitted three requests on the website, no response. Nobody returning emails. Tom
