    They have sent me 3 cameras that have not worked from the start and every time I needed to pay the shipping cost. After spending a lot of time with customer support they refuse to give me my money back and now are not returning emails. Cameras are garbage and if things are not right they refuse to talk to you. Spend your money elsewhere.

    The Argus 3 pro camera will not record at night. I've tried all the settings. The spot light goes on if someone walks by, but it will not record. Customer service is useless because none of them know anything about the camera. Stay away from this pathetic company. They also do not escalate the issue when you request this. It's a complete scam.

    Three words that describes this company; Horrible customer service. They promise warranty, and customer support 24/6 however, none of these is provided. Someone should investigate and audit these business for illegal operations and false claims.

    They only let you post positive only (5 star reviews) on their website. So if you’re ever looking for security systems don’t get fooled by all the great 5 star reviews. Who knows how many bad reviews there are because they won’t share them!!!

    I have had the same experience as others. We bought 3 reolink security cameras. Two of them do not hold a charge. The company refused to replace them. I had a consultation with an IT professional to confirm our suspicion that we had faulty cameras. They confirmed. Reolink's Customer Service is impossible to deal with. They do not take phone calls. Emails will be responded by a new person each time, and they will deny our previous contacts with another member of the staff.

    I no longer have email alerts through my Gmail address. All my devices are Windows and android both give me an error 400 message.

    I have been trying to get an antenna for several weeks from Reolink, they don't sell them and they cannot point me in the right direction to get a new one, so I can't use my camera. , emails go back and fourth with no actual link or correct info to purchase the correct one. I have already purchased the wrong one. The camera just needs a new antenna , very simple situation you would have thought.
