    I was scammed for 2 tickets that were 4x the amount of the tickets. This website tricks you into thinking they are the venue. It was the first thing that came up in google search when I entered teh venue name

    I wanted to order tickets for a shoe at the University of Florida Performing Arts Center. The first hit on google was Ticket Center. They did an excellent job of coping the UF logo so I assumed it was UF site and not a scalper.
    All tickets it said were “selling fast” and “extremely limited”. It gave me 10 minutes to buy them.
    The tickets were exactly twice the face value price and a $42 service charge per ticket. The seats were located at the very back of the auditorium.
    I found the legit site and got excellent tickets at half price with a total service fee of $2.42.

    Ticket center makes Ticket Master seem like a relative bargain. Stay Away.

    This websitei is a classic bait and switch tickets are 3 times more money then they are actually worth on the real website.
    They should be investigated immediately!

    This business scammed me and charged me three times the price of two tickets to a railers game. I had never bought tickets to a game before so I didnt know. Buyer beware. I paid a 159.00 for two tickets while the couple next to us only paid 59.00 please check this company.

    Do NOT BUY TICKETS FROM TICKET-CENTER.COM!!Egregious pricing!!

    I purchased tickets to Boogie Knightrs at the Canyon club. I googled the schedule and ticket-center came up for purchasing tickets. I kinda thought they were a bit expensive but all my friends were also attending. Then my friends mentioned that they only paid $48!! I paid $147!! What a scam! First day of the New Year and I get scammed!

    Beware folks-Do not buy tickets form Ticket-Center.com!!!

    This is a dishonest business. It created a link that led me to believe that I was buying directly from the venue, then charged me twice the face value of tickets. I feel foolish for falling for their scam. Do no buy tickets from this site.

    They are a scam and a rip off company. I was shocked at the mark up on their ticket prices. They misrepresent the availability of tickets and do not give refunds, because they are not reputable.
    Shame on the businesses that contract with them.

    I made the mistake and did NOT read the reviews before I purchased, assuming this was "Ticket-Master" and not reading carefully. As it was the FIRST company to pop up in a Google search, I assumed it was bonafide. After the transaction, I wondered as soon as I saw that I would NOT be able to access my tickets until a day before the concert at The Sphere! After reading the reviews, and after chatting at length with a company representative, I am left to try to dispute this with my credit card company. Really, really unimpressed. I hope that this prevents others from falling for the same scam.

    Bought parking for a concert from Ticket-Center.com only to find the lot was 1.7 miles from the venue and was threatened if I parked there the establishment would have my car towed. What a scam…..I will make it known on every social media site possible…

    I purchased tickets to an Atlanta Braves spring training game against the Red Sox at 4 pm on 2/23/25. When the tickets arrived they were for Tampa Bay at 1PM. I called 3 times and asked to be refunded for an event at a time I did ask for and they refused. Do not buy tickets via this website unless you want to be screwed.
