No protections for customers! Purchased tickets and the seller cancelled the transaction before I was able to log in and accept the electronic tickets. No refund was provided by Tickets-Center.com.

    ?? TOTAL SCAM – NEVER AGAIN! ??

    BEWARE – SCAM ALERT!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was, without a doubt, the worst ticket-buying experience I’ve ever had. Ticket-Center charges outrageous markups—up to 200% more than other platforms—but what’s even worse is their deceptive ticket delivery process.

I purchased tickets for an NFL playoff game and later needed to change my seats. Their customer service was a nightmare, feeding me misleading and bogus information at every turn. In the end, I had to repurchase better seats, resulting in a $2,500 loss.

To make matters worse, the tickets I bought directly from Ticketmaster arrived within 15 minutes, while the ones from **Ticket-Center didn’t show up until the day before the game—**a full two weeks after my purchase! Their excuse? Some nonsense about being a "third-party reseller" that prevents them from releasing tickets until 48 hours before the event.

This company is a ripoff, and their shady practices make it nearly impossible to resell your tickets if your plans change. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Save yourself the frustration and go with a reputable source instead.

    ?? TOTAL SCAM – NEVER AGAIN! ??

This company is a scam. I thought I was dealing with Ticketmaster, and had no idea it was a resale website. I purchased the insurance they posted, which guaranteed if we couldn’t make it to the concert, they would give us the money back. This is a scam. My friends couldn’t make it to LA due to work, so I needed to cancel two tickets. They would not cancel or give us the money back if we haven’t purchased the plane tickets yet. Their prices are so much higher than other websites for the worse seats. They should state clearly that they are resale websites and they would charge much higher than the actual ticket prices. I wish there would be laws to protect the buyers from these scam businesses like Tickets-Center.com. I learned my lesson with a very high price.

I was scammed. I am Hoping I receive my spring training baseball tickets 2 for 313.50. they sell for 65 each including service charge on stub hub 55 on MLB . On Stub Hub There are so many better tickets for 1/5 of the price they charged . I had no idea I was not on an official MLB website. I learned my lesson. Within 5 minutes I contacted American Express to dispute the charge and they said it was already approved and the business was paid and I have no recourse, unless I do not receive the tickets. They make you think there are very few seats available and there is a clock set to buy tickets quickly. American Express is also making money , I am not sure why they would deal with this company. I can not resell or get a refund. I called the company immediately they say I agreed to nonrefundable tickets. I will never do this again. DO NOT use this company tickets-center, they should be closed down and ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people . They are deceptive and way overpriced. I am supposed to be emailed the tickets 1 week prior to the game in 6 weeks. At the last minute when checking g out they charge you a large service fee of 37.75/ticket. If I could give zero star review I would have.

0 stars!! SCAM site!!! Please shut them down. They charge way more than face value and provide no refunds or exchanges. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced.

This business is a scam. Like many others, I thought it was ticket master. I tried to call to cancel the order, but they say that they will not take cancellation. They sent a link to accept the overpriced tickets, but I cannot actually get access to the tickets. Avoid this.

Misleading, disreputable web site! On 11/18/24 I purchased 3 tickets at Eisemann Center in Richardson, TX, which should have cost $34+tax each. Instead, I was shocked when the final bill was $670.01!

Their web site is designed so you don't see the itemization of "fees" -- only the final total after the sale is complete. They have a no cancellation policy, so there is no way to get your money back. There is no way to get to your transaction history to document the unreasonable fees, so my credit card company could not make a case for a fradulent charge.

Warning, especially about Google's search engine: I was taken in because this site's listing in Google Search implies it's the official ticket vendor for the site, and it appears on the first page of Google search results because it's a paid listing (the legit ticket office for Eisemann Center only appeared much farther down in the listing, and it's less conspicuous). This was the last straw for me with Google search. I have changed my default search engine in my browser to Bing, which so far seems to be a lot less obnoxious.

ZERO STARS! SCAM! I thought I was ordering through the venue! My parking pass was $84 for a garage that charges $14. When I looked it up (after purchasing) I realized the parking garage was a mile away in an area where there is plenty of closer, less expensive parking. The tickets were double the price and I haven't received them yet, so I'm questioning if I ever will.

I called Tickets-Center.com minutes after ordering (when I received the location of the parking garage and realized how far away it was) to try and cancel the parking and the person told ME to try and RESELL them myself!!

A well oiled machine intended to scam unknowing users. Ticketscenter is well aware of the exorbitant prices and service fees they charge, and is well aware that their platform has final sale tickets marked up multiple time that which can be found on other websites. Doesn’t disclose that they’re a reseller until you click terms and conditions. Elderly mom purchased tickets online while English is not her first language. Difficult to deal with when requesting a refund, and the first thing they say is that they’re a resell website on the phone so they’re well aware that this is a common issue. There really should be legislation and consumer protection around this.
