  Avoid. Never got the tickets. Suppose to get the tickets by 2/14 now 2300 and still no tickets. Expensive lesson.

  Ticket-Center is a complete scam. Do NOT purchase tickets from them. They offer overpriced tickets that may very well worthlessness as they likely have been sold more than once. I should have paid more attention to the site name when I purchased the tickets. I thought the price was high and it was based on Ticketmaster prices. Please do not buy from this site, EVER.

  ZERO STARS -- DO NOT USE THEM -- BUY FROM ANYONE ELSE.
  On 12/23/2024 I spent $415 ($370 for tickets & a $45 parking pass) for tickets to the play "& Juliet" for the performance on 2/8/2025. TicketsCenter delivered the parking pass, but did not deliver the tickets. (I was told that the tickets were coming from a reseller on Ticket Master.) I spent hours in two different chat sessions with their support staff, but they were unable to deliver the tickets in time for the show. During both chat sessions I requested that they send me a transcript of the chat conversation, but was told that they did not have that ability (WHY?) I was also told that at the end of the chat session that I would see a button that would enable me to download the chat transcript. Both times the screen went gray upon the chat ending and the stated download button was not provided. (This seems like it is intentionally designed to prevent customers from keeping evidence from their chat communications with support personnel.)
  
  In the chat sessions I was told that it would take a few days for them to investigate... I waited 5 days, and then called the 1-800 number listed on their website, spent 39 minutes on a call and was denied a refund. During the call I was told that someone had called me on the third day, 2/11/2025, and left a message. (NOT TRUE. No such call log or message showed in my phone.) I asked to speak to a supervisor, but was told that their phone system is incapable of transferring calls to supervisors, and also that their internal policy prohibits such transfers. They have apparently set up a system in which the front line call taker has no authority to provide a refund, and no ability to transfer you to a higher authority within their company. (This seems like a designed firewall to block complaints and refund requests.)

  DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
  THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS.
  THEY REFUSED TO MAKE A LEGITIMATE REFUND FOR THEIR FAILURE.

  Never received my tickets! Don't use this company. Said they sent the tickets to me and after that it was my problem if I can't find/receive them. I even worked with AOL and they confirmed no email was received.

  Very deceptive and completely unsatisfactory. I Googled the
  venue and the name of the event, and Tickets-Center.com was
  the first Google "hit." I was very foolish not to realize I wasn't
  dealing directly with the venue. Website made great efforts
  to lead me to believe that the availability of tickets was rapidly
  diminishing. Resulting rushed purchase was for a large "zone" of
  possible seats, and when the ticket was actually sent, it proved
  to be one of the worst seats in the zone. Price was MORE than
  THREE TIMES the actual purchase price of the ticket. The actual
  vender told me that sometimes tickets purchased though Tickets-Center.com
  have been sold to more than one purchaser and are therefore invalid.
  The customer service rep at Tickets-Center was very polished in delivering
  his spiel about why no refund was possible.

  Literally horrible service. I only received one of my three tickets, and they were sold at double the value. I accidentally bought from them thinking they were legit as they were Google sponsored. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. When I confronted them about a refund, they said their information didn’t match their records and were very rude.

  Like everyone else said....this company is a HUGE SCAM! I would give it negative -5 stars if I could. They make themselves look like the official ticket provider for an event and SCAM you. They charge 3X or more what the tickets actually cost, and then they don't provide you the tickets. I tried disputing the charge with my CC company and the CC company said they found in favor of this horrible business that should be shut down. I still do not have the tickets from a scam purchase made over a month ago, and no one will help me. I recommend NEVER purchasing through this website, and I hope they get shutdown.

  Zero stars. Scam. Terrible service charged almost 4 times the amount of the purchase ticket. Stating there was only a few tickets left. still don’t have the ticket that is a month away won’t get it until the day of or day before. it might be under the name of somebody else, don’t have a seat assignment. they purchase the ticket under their company name at some point. they said I could resale it, but not to them. I have to go to another third-party Organization to do that. I was directed to it when I typed in Hult ticket center They said they’re getting a run of calls about this company. There are plenty of tickets.
  I thought I was on the centers website.
  I simply want to cancel my purchase and my credit card company is not helping.

  SCAM, SCAM, SCAM is not the word for this place. Called right after making my ticket order to cancel, even though had also got the insurance to cover (which they also own the insurance place too), and no way would they give me my money back with an issue I could not change after realizing I picked the wrong date for the tickets. Don't ever use this place.
