    This was the first listing to buy tickets for a show at the Hippodrome in Baltimore. After making the online purchase, I realized that the actual primary place to buy the tickets was with ticket master. The ticket price was half the price of that which I was charged. I contacted the company within 10 minutes of making the purchase, and was told that I could not get a refund or lower price. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

    Tickets-Center misleads customers by charging triple the cost of tickets elsewhere and then adds additional fees once you click to purchase. I would never buy from them again. If I could give them no stars, that would be the highest rating.

    Complete scammer that doubles the face value of tickets. AVOID at all cost. I don't even know if tickets I paid for are official.

    Scummy practice. Somehow my wife got directed to this site and thought she was buying tickets directly from the school, but ended up getting tickets transferred from someone. All in all, spent $200+ on 4 seats that would have been ~$60 directly. Never again.

    DO NOT USE THEM! I spend hours and hours on the phone trying to get my tickets. Finally got them 1 hour before the Delray Tennis Open. I will never use the again, ever!

    I was automatically directed to this site to purchase tickets for a local show. Not until after I purchased did I realize this was a secondary site. I have no idea why I would have been directed to this site to purchase. After I paid in full I realized that the cost of these tickets were more that double the actual cost for the tickets on the venues direct site. This is outrageous how they are not monitoring the costs that sellers are reselling tickets for. It is absurd!

    This is a scam. I did a web search for a venue, and the Tickets-Center site came up with a list of the performance I was seeking. Think it was the venue's website, I ordered tickets. I found out later that the ticket price was about double, and they woud not even assign me a particular seat. Tried to call them immediately, without success. They are a rip-off. Please be sure that you are on the appropriate venue website to get the true prices.

    Don’t. Just don’t. Like many others, I purchased tickets through this outfit and feel completely ripped off. First of all, they charged me $25 PER TICKET in fees on top of their already outrageous prices. They must pay a boat load of $$ to google in order to be listed first in the search…hence the crazy prices. I will never, NEVER ever fall for this scam again and hope I can help others avoid them.

    SCAM is right! Awful! Awful! Awful! Worst experience that I've ever had with a ticketing company, and it's not even over. They promised to send us four tickets to the Harlem Globetrotters in LA (Intuit Dome) by no later than Friday, February 14th, for a game on Sunday the 16th. Here I am late afternoon on Saturday, Feb. 15th, and I've call Tickets-Center four times and my tickets still haven't arrived! They promised to deliver the tickets via AXS, and then this morning even sent me an email saying that the tickets had been transferred to me via AXS, but that wasn't true. Then they tell me that the tickets are going to be available on Ticketmaster, and they'll contact the seller to have them transferred to me again. This is ridiculous!!
