    This is clearly an unscrupulous ticket brokerage company with excessive fees and jacked up prices and take advantage posing as a 'ticket company' and using fear full language saying 'only a few tickets left' and tickets are selling fast, this is a high priority ticket need, "x" amount of tickets sold in the last few minutes, "x" amount of tickets in carts right now.

    Clearly scamming people, DO NOT BUY tickets from Tickets-Center.com!

    ABSOLUTELY DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. The concert I purchased tickets for at World Cafe Live in Philadelphia was cancelled. I am now working through my credit card company to get a refund as they refuse to issue me a refund. They will go into great detail telling you how to sell your tickets but will do everything possible to avoid a refund. Even before the concert was cancelled, I did not receive my tickets from them. In my search to find out where my tickets were, I called World Cafe Live and found out the show had been cancelled at that venue. I do not know how they get their ticket center to appear before either the box office or a legit ticket site when searching for a concert. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

    This place sucks, I was directed here to by tickets and the cost was at least double the price if you bought directly from the arena. When I checked out, they offered a parking pass, I unfortunately bought one. Come to find out they parking lot they sold me a pass to was about 1 mile away from the arena. All sales are final, so I could not get a refund of the $95 I paid. I didn't end up using the pass at all, I paid for parking at the arena $20 and the lot was 2 blocks from the arena, access in and out of the lot was wonderful. DO NOT USE THIS TO PURCHASE TICKETS OR PARKING PASSES.

    Terrible company. Unethical practices. Use deceptive techniques and then don't refund any money if a mistake is made. Definitely a scam.

    Complete scam. I inadvertently paid 3 times as much for tickets not realizing that I wasn't in the actual box office. And then when I tried to dispute it there is seemingly nothing that I can do. I have filed a complaint with the FTC. Don't use this site!

    Wish I read all these reviews! This is a scam!!! I thought I was buying directly from Ticketmaster- never saw that they were a marketplace for tickets- I way over paid and as soon as I realized it (minutes after) I was unable to get a refund through calling them-live chat, etc. I never saw anything that they were a third party seller! TOTALLY DECEPTIVE! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN and STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE!

    This site came up at the top of the page when I tried to buy local ballet tickets. I didn't realize it wasn't official until after I tried to exchange my tickets. They are a resale site. The tickets were 4 times the price from the ballet's website. They don't let you get a refund or exchange. They say you can resell them, but there's no information on the site on how to do that, and they say you don't get the tickets until 2 days before the event. So I don't know how to sell them when I don't have tickets. Just an absolutely horrible site.

    This is a scam. Never purchase from this company. They may act legit but they are not. They refused to issue me a refund on a parking pass of all things. Stating “all sales are final.” What they don’t mention is that they do not issue tickets as they are a third-party ticket reseller. Meaning if no one sells the tickets you do not get any. Did I mention this was only a parking pass and went on sale prior to tickets directly from the vendor? Also prices are way way over market value. DO NOT BUY!!
