    Worst company ever. Do not buy from them. Ordered tickets 2 months ahead of time only to find out the day before that they don’t have my tickets and they tried to offer me replacement tickets in a worse seat!

    NEVER do business with these scam artist. Absolutely price gouged me and charged double the price for a parking permit as face value. Once I figured out what they did, I canceled my order but I could only get refunded half the money from the actual parking company. These scammers kept the rest of the money. Never ever do business with them.

    HORRIBLE COMPANY GO LUCK TRYING TO TALK TO SOMEONE. THEY DROP YOU FROM CHATS. THEIR PHONE SYSTEM IS CRAP AS NO WAY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH A LIVE PERSON OVER THE PHONE AND THEY KEEP THROWING YOU THROUGH A PHONE LOOP. YOU HAVE NO OPTION TO CANCEL AND THEY TELL YOU TICKETS WILL BE SENT NEXT DAY. NO TICKETS AND THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH DEILVIERY. THEN WHY CANT YOU CANCEL?
    YOUR ONLY OPTION IS TO DISPUTE CHARGE WITH CREDIT CARD COMPANY.

    I am not a frequent buyer of concert tickets. I purchased 6 tickets from this horrific company. Then right after I realized this is NOT TICKETMASTER. I immediately called my credit card company since the charges are pending. They said they would try to see what they can do. Another weird thing and what alerted me this was not ticketmaster is it says I will receive my tickets 2 days before the concert? Never heard of that before. I feel sick. They charged me 3 times the amount per ticket. Now I don't know if I should just take my chances with these tickets or purchase them again from ticketmaster.

    Do not and I repeat do not do business with the scammers. They have sent me emails with people’s personal email addresses saying that I receive my tickets and be on the lookout for that individual’s email. They cannot confirm that I will even receive the tickets I have purchased. And every time I ask them what app I need to download as stated in the email that I received from them, they cannot give an app name of how to obtain these tickets. For the love of God stay away from these people.

    Scam. They sold me tickets for an upcoming event, the site looked like the official site for the event, it said the tickets where $113 each plus additional fees. They charged me $670 for four tickets. When the tickets came through e-mail they said $48 each. Scam, Scam, Scam

    I know I was a sucker and should have been more observant, but this place is almost criminal. They looked like the official site but ended up charging twice the market price as the tickets were. Their excuse is that they're a third-party seller but they are still enabling the people who buy up the tickets and rip people off. They don't give refunds but suggested to me that I sell the overpriced tickets to someone else so I guess I could be part o!
