    3x ticket price from this reseller. It's not a scam, but they bid so much on Google, they always come up first.
    Expensive lesson learned: ALWAYS CHECK THE VENUE FIRST.

    Horrible. Avoid at all costs. Vague mention that they are resellers, easy to miss. Tickets go for 4x the cost, no guarantee that tickets even will be valid, and they are delivered via email only 2 hours before the event. Customer support refuses to cancel

    I bought two tickets, or so I thought, from tickets-center for ELO. I kept checking to see when the tickets would come in, but the website said I had to accept them from Ticketmaster. Long story short I went around in circles with This company and Ticketmaster. They even at one point suggested that I had a different email address and told me to use that one and change the. Password. The end result being I was not able to get my tickets for ELO And was out $200.
    I had to fight PayPal for my money back because they were telling PayPal that I received the tickets, which I did not.
    They are FRAUD And scammers, and will take your money, and will leave you with frustration and no tickets!!

    Ordered parking tickets for Trans Siberian Orchestra and they promised to send them by day before performance. Never recieved them but they said I did when contacted. Were way over priced and Will not order tickets from them again.

    Something has to be done with this company ticket-center. So the football team i wanted to see play in a bowl game pulled out a few days after tickets were selling. Ticket-Center never disclosed that Marshall was no longer playing in the game. Why would i want to see another team? Then they charge $200 extra on top for fees. They send the tickets to me on 12/23/2024 and i have to get them from the ticketmaster site but cannot sell the damn tickets...So I am out $500. I am pissed. NEVER EVER BUY TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Can I give 0 stars for their company because that's what they deserve.

    A scam website/company. Totally fell for it because my google search returned it as the first search result (it’s shown as sponsored). Can’t believe google is doing this for $$$. Google is becoming as a terrible company as baidu.

    See my post below. While I would not recommend this company, I will tell you I did complain and they gave me a full refund for our tickets. We even used the tickets. So I have to give them credit for responding in this way. It was very much appreciated. They did not agree to this refund by telephone but did send me an email and I did get the money back. $739.00. This was for three tickets that had face value of $65 per ticket

    Terrible company to order tickets through. I ordered tickets through them over 2 months in advance of show. Never received my tickets. A few days before show I was sent an email to call company, I called and was told to pick up tickets at will call. On arrival the night of show we stood for over 30 minutes at will call because our tickets were not found. We had to call company and never got a clear response. Thankfully theater let us in. Please never use this company. It’s a 3rd party.
