I purchased 3 concert tickets on 6/24/22 in amount of $382.50, order #44877860. I called multiple times to tickets center spent hours on the phone, was promised my tickets would be accessible by the time of the concert and I never received them. All I was told was the seller in MD had to release them. I guess he is a good scam artist and this business is a good front for scammers because I was totally ripped off. I am disputing this on my credit card and I will say every bad possible thing about tickets center. com that I possibly can. They should not be allowed to be in operation. I would be put on hold and I am sure they sat there and laughed and came back with the same lame response each time. I don't even think they were in the U.S. I asked for a supervisor and I was told I am the supervisor. What a scam and a bunch of scumbags.Business Response

Thank you for reaching out to us. At Tickets-Center, we value our customers and would like to take the time to address our customer’s concerns. It should be noted that Tickets-Center is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. The top of every event and ticket listing page clearly states, “Secondary market tickets. Prices may be above face value”.
In this case the customer's tickets were initially delivered on 6/27/2022 when a ticket transfer email was sent to the email address entered at the time of purchase. In December of 2022 our customer contacted customer service to report an issue locating their transferred tickets. At that point our customer service team worked with the ticket seller to ensure the tickets were transferred to the customer in order to assist them. As of 12/6/2022 the tickets were sent to the customer for a second time and valid proof was obtained which confirmed the correct tickets were transferred to the email address provided by the customer. As such, ticket delivery for the customer's order was completed.
As it presently stands the customer's order does not qualify for compensation. Prior to receiving this claim we have been in contact with our customer to address their concerns related to this matter. If our customer has any additional concerns related to their order we encourage them to contact our customer service department. At this time we consider this matter closed.

I was searching for tickets for an upcoming event at the Von Braun Center in Huntsville, Alabama. I thought I was on Ticketmaster but it turned out to be Tickets-Center.com doing business as Ticket Fulfillment Services LLP which is a 3rd party service which does not fulfill the tickets. The tickets were marked up 4 times the cost of 1 ticket on Ticket Master. As soon as I realized that this was not Ticket Master, I immediately contacted them and requested a refund. They have refused to provide a refund. And, they have not provided the tickets since they have to obtain them from a 3rd party. In my opinion, this company should be banned by PayPal. In addition to filing a complaint with PayPal, I will also be filing a complaint with the Alabama Attorney General's Office.Business Response

Once our customer selected the ticket listing they desired for Black Jacket Symphony, there they were able to see the tickets available, the Delivery Method and Expected Delivery Date (EAD). Once our customer selects the tickets they prefer, they were presented with the Delivery Method and directed to input their email address. Please note that here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and number of tickets the customer has selected on the right-hand side. Below the terms, our customer’s order total breakdown is reiterated. Once an order is placed on our site it is reviewed for potential fraudulent activity. Orders are only confirmed if no evidence of fraud is found. In this case the customer reported that they did not place the order in question. However, all identity information provided on the order corresponds with customer's information. As such no evidence of fraudulent activity was detected in this case. On 1/16/2023 our customer' order was fulfilled when tickets were transferred electronically to the email address associated with the order, which is the same email address the customer provided on this claim. As it stands we are unable to offer a refund for this order and must adhere to an “all sales are final" policy. However, if our customer requires additional assistance accessing their tickets we recommend they contact our customer service team.

The web site was advertising as TPAC. This was the first site in my search. They portrayed their site as if they were the TPAC site, even including the seating chart. When I realized the mistake, I tried to cancel. The representative was unwilling to resolve the issue, so I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor was extremely rude and unhelpful. He stated that there was no way to cancel or no way for a refund. He recommended another website to resale the tickets. We reached out to out credit card company, who did recognize this site as a “problem site”. They were unable to resolve the issue also and recommended reaching out to the BBB. I have not confirmed nor received the tickets I have been charged for.Business Response

We did not find it clearly stated as a second hand sale. If you search the venue this site comes up making you think you have the correct purchasing place. The transaction was very misleading. Any search online about this company will prove we are not the first to be scammed out of our money. This is intentional false advertising and preys upon buyers who do not understand the website. We are deeply concerned with how many people are being gouged by this company.

Thank you for responding. We appreciate the opportunity to further address Mr. *******'s concerns. A disclaimer stating "Secondary market tickets. Prices may be above face value" is located at the top of the home page, every event page, and each page of the ticket selection process. Customers are additionally required to select a check box before completing their purchase which reads in part "I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final." Customers must also indicate that they have read the terms and conditions to be allowed to complete their purchase. Our status as a secondary marketplace is further outlined in those terms in case all previous disclaimers had been overlooked. Tickets-Center takes every reasonable measure to ensure that customers are making informed decisions about their purchase, and we feel that we have done our due diligence in this matter. If Mr. ******* has additional questions regarding his order, we welcome him to contact our customer care team directly. At this time we consider this matter closed.

I bought two price gouged tickets from Tickets-Center.com on 12-1-2022 for Halestorm on March 3rd 2023 at the Florida Strawberry Festival. I bought tickets under the impression that they were not a third party seller as they were the first official link on google. Two tickets for this concert through tickets-center costed $314.95. After I purchased these tickets a realized that Tickets-Center was a third party seller and they were dramatically increasing ticket prices. The price of one ticket on the official Strawberry Festival website was $45.00 + tax. The price for ONE ticket was $149 + tax. Not only is that a 30.2% price increase, I also, never received the tickets to and when I tried contacting their customer service line they disconnected the call repeatedly. The first three picture are confirmation of the sale from the official ticket handler that the Strawberry Festival uses showing that I paid $45.00 + tax per ticket for four tickets in three seperate orders. The final picture is a picture of the charge that tickets-center.com charged to my parents credit card.Business Response

Our customer has stated that they believed they were purchasing through the website for the venue or of the event itself. However, it should be noted that our web address and website branding are intentionally different from those of any other site. The top of every event and ticket listing page clearly states, “Secondary market tickets. Prices may be above face value."
When placing their order our customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to our terms stating, “I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars." Directly below the “Place Order” button our customer was presented with the message, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your credit card will be charged $314.95 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" at which time our customer proceeded to place their order.
In this case the customer's order was fulfilled on 12/11/2022 at which point a ticket delivery email was sent to the email address entered by the customer at the time of purchase. Please note that the email address provided by the customer on this claim does not match the email they provided for their order. It is apparent that a typographical error entered by our customer is what lead to them not previously receiving their tickets. We would like to note that in addition to this current claim our customer filed a dispute with their financial institution regarding this transaction. We have addressed this, and the dispute was ultimately ruled in our favor. As such, the typographical error in the customer's email has been updated and their order summary and ticket delivery email have been resent. As it stands the customer's order does not qualify for cancellation or compensation under the agreed upon terms. If our customer has further concerns related to their order we recommend they contact the customer care team for assistance.

-Scammed by Tickets-Center.com for tickets for $415.50.
-I purchased the tickets on December 3rd 2022, and when attempting to use them on December 11th, I received a notice via TicketMaster that the seller had cancelled the transfer to my name.
-When I clicked on the link I was sent via Tickets-Center.com via the sellers of the tickets, TicketMaster simply displayed the attached image stating the seller had cancelled the transfer to my name.
-I attempted to call the customer help line that evening and was put on hold/no person picked up.
-I had attendants at the ticket office of the venue verify that there were no tickets in the app.
-I sent an email to customer service that evening along with screenshot proof that I did not receive the tickets.
-The next day I received confirmation that Tickets-Center.com was "looking into" the matter.
-A month later, I called again and was refused a refund.
-I was not transferred to anyone other than the customer service agent that took the call, and was told the seller transferred tickets so they would not refund my purchase.
-As noted above, I have proof that the ticket transfer to my name was cancelled by the seller.

During the checkout process, customers are able to view the delivery format for their tickets. The selection our customer made was electronic transfer, where sellers transfer the tickets using the platform that the venue has issued tickets through. The customer received an email with instructions on how to access their tickets, as well as a separate email which contains a link to claim their tickets on 12/2/22. Please note that our customer made us aware that they had issues accessing their tickets until after the event. As we were unable to assist our customer after their event we looked int this matter with the seller, however the seller provided documentation that showed the tickets were sent to our customer’s email address and the transfer was not accepted.
Aside from this claim, our customer has filed a financial dispute, which was closed in our favor. At this time, we have thoroughly discussed this matter with our customer. As such, we consider this matter resolved.

Bought 2 baseball tickets on ticketscenter.com (which looks very similar to Ticket Master) for Cactus Spring training in Arizona. Purchased tickets & soon realized that I was charged 2-3x the price of regular tickets being sold by all other retailers. Do a quick Google search & you see that this company is a HUGE SCAMMER - they make themselves look like Ticketmaster, they pay to have Google have them as the top search field, & all their communications back are scripted (both on phone & over the web). They refused to provide a refund(suggest I resell the tickets - which I get 1 day before the event & who is going to pay triple the price from a tourist). I even called my Visa to have them refund the charge - I will keep trying that way. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYBusiness Response

I purchased tickets on this website for an event that will occur on March 18, 2022. NOWHERE, before I ordered tickets, did it say I wouldn't receive the tickets until TWO DAYS before the event. Of course, I call and can barely understand the man with the accent on the phone. Says all tickets are final and I can't get a refund nor can I receive the tickets any sooner than March 16. These are a birthday gift for a friend and his birthday is in two weeks. Now I am left without a gift to give him. This is fraudulent and should not be a binding legal transaction and should be reversed immediately. None of this was disclosed prior to the order being placed and I was mislead, lied to, and taken advantage of. I WILL take this matter to the Superior Court if need be. I am willing to go all the way. This place is legit a total scam and they should be put out of business IMMEDIATELY. Has anyone else read the reviews of this horrid company? I should have NEVER ordered from them in the first place. It was misleading how I was taken to buy tickets from a Google search. These people need to be shut down IMMEDIATELY.Business Response

When placing their order the customer was able to see the tickets available, the delivery method and expected delivery date. Once our customer selected the tickets they preferred, the first step of the checkout process again presented the delivery method and directed the customer to input their email address. Please note that during the entire checkout process customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details and ticket listing details, including the delivery method, on the right-hand side of the screen. Due to the nature of the secondary marketplace, Tickets-Center does own or generate any tickets and therefore does not set or control delivery date or ticket listing price. Rather, the estimated delivery date is set by the individual seller of the tickets and is dependent upon the primary issuer of the tickets, with which Tickets-Center has no affiliation. Please note, all purchases made on our website are covered by our 100% Buyer Guarantee, which ensures that tickets are authentic and will arrive before the event. As all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to the customer completing their order we consider this matter closed. If the customer has any additional concerns pertaining to their order, we encourage them to contact out customer service department.
Regards,
Tickets-Center
