    I originally purchased from this site by accident, not realizing it wasn't the official vendor for the venue. Upon requesting for a refund, the company insisted all sales are final and that a refund isn't available. The company's ToS dictates that I have no recourse. After inspection of the tickets, the tickets delivered were not for the seats purchased. The purchase had been for Box seating, the delivered tickets were for floor seating, section 2, row Q; not the purchase of Box seating as originally intended. Unfortunately, my wife has non-epileptic seizures (averaging 12 a day) and we were looking for the comfort and relative privacy of the box seats specifically for her medical condition.

It should be noted that Tickets-Center is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers.

    It should be noted that the top of every event and ticket listing page clearly states, “Secondary market tickets. Prices may be above face value." Once our customer selected Lindsey Stirling as their event, they were able to see all tickets available for purchase including their respective price per ticket and the section and row they were located. It should be noted that our site is completely user-driven, which means any selection made on our platform is applied solely by the customer. In this case, our customer selected tickets listed in section: Floor 2, row: Q.

    This information was disclosed again in the order summary during checkout, prior to our customer confirming their purchase. At that point, our customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to our terms stating, “I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars." Below the terms, our customer’s order total breakdown was displayed. Directly below the “Place Order” button, our customer was presented with the message, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your credit card will be charged $974.95 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" at which time our customer proceeded to place their order.

    Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. Prior to receiving this claim, we thoroughly discussed this matter with our customer to address all of their concerns. We maintain that all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to placing their order and that the correct tickets have been delivered in accordance with the listed location. As such, we consider this matter closed. If our customer has any additional concerns regarding their order, we encourage them to reach out to our customer service department so that they may be addressed.

    I traveled to TN Mar 9-12. I was looking for tickets to the Grand Ole Opry and contemplated two sites from which to purchase them. My partner and I ended up purchasing from another website. Meanwhile, somehow we got charged for the purchase with Tickets-Center.com, which we dispute. We did not purchase tickets (hit any "submit order" button) but the ticket purchase got processed and the tickets that got purchased were for Mar 17 when I was not going to be in TN. I did not receive the tickets and only figured out the transaction processed by looking at my credit card activity. Meanwhile the vendor CANCELED the tickets the day before the tickets were supposed to be valid for. What?? These people are refusing to be reasonable. I need a refund.

    At the time of purchase, in order to complete their order, our customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to our terms stating, “I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars." Below the terms, our customer’s order total breakdown was provided. Directly below the “Place Order” our customer was presented with the message, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your credit card will be charged $1,161.87 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" at which time our customer proceeded to place their order.

    We would like to note that in addition to this current claim our customer filed a dispute with their financial institution regarding this transaction. We have addressed this, and the dispute was ultimately ruled in our favor. Upon conclusion of the dispute the customer's order was handled in accordance with all agreed upon terms. If our customer has any further questions regarding this dispute, we encourage them to reach out to the financial institution with which it was filed. As it currently stands, we consider this matter closed.

Please note that although the claim was filed by Kevin Glennon, our records indicate that Teresa Glennon placed the order in question. Tickets-Center is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers.     Once our customers selected the ticket listing they desired for Dermot Kennedy, there they were able to see the tickets available, and the Delivery Method. Once our customer selects the tickets they prefer, they are presented with the Delivery Method and directed to input their email address. Please note that here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and number of tickets the customer has selected on the right-hand side. This breakdown detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $647.50 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Once our customers input their payment and billing information, they were prompted to click “Continue” and under this button it states: “Your account will not be charged yet.” Then, our customer is required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms stating, “I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars." Below the terms, our customer’s order total breakdown is reiterated. Directly below the “Place Order” our customer was presented with the message, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your credit card will be charged $647.50 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" at which time our customer proceeded to place their order.

    Due to the nature of our business in the secondary marketplace, Tickets-Center is not affiliated with any artist, venue or box office and does not own inventory; instead, we act as an intermediary between customers and sellers. All prices listed on our site are done so by the individual seller, not Tickets-Center, based on their personal assessments regarding a range of factors including customer demand. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry.

    I attempted to cancel this order because I have not received my tickets - per their cancellation policy if you do not have the tickets the order can be cancelled and a $25 fee is charged - they won’t allow me to cancel the order and I do not have the tickets. They are violating their own policy

In accordance with our 100% Buyer Guarantee, our customer will be provided with their tickets in time for their event. Please note that this guarantee has never allowed for order cancellation upon request, and in adherence to all agreed upon terms of sale the customer's order does not qualify for compensation.     On October 15, 2023, I purchased two tickets for Blues Clues & You Live for March 15 2023 at the State Theater in Minneapolis. Order #48080806 Section Main Floor 2 RowHH $189.23 including $11.73 sales tax. Received an update for my order the same day saying the tickets would be available by March 14, 2023. I then received an email to accept my ticket transfer from P Copley. Then later received an email marked Urgent: Ticket Acceptance for Blues Clues and You. A charge went through on my card for TICKETS BLUES CLUES 844-223-5661 on October 16,2022.

    On January 17, 2023 this business received $183.50 from me. This purchase was for two concert tickets for June 2, 2023. After a week of not receiving my tickets I contacted the company to get my order status. This is when they tell me the seller does not have possession of my tickets and they are unsure when I will get them, although they are “promised” by June 1, 2023. When purchasing the tickets it does not state that the seller does not have possession of the tickets or that I will not receive them immediately. The have refused to refund my tickets, they have refused to give me updated order information. How is it legal to sell tickets when you do not even have them. Tickets center states they have proof that the seller has these tickets “secured” but refuse to provide me with this proof.

    Our checkout process allows each customer several opportunities to view all details of an order, including the estimated delivery date of their tickets, prior to purchase. In our customer's case, the estimated delivery date of 6/1/2023 was provided below the breakdown of our customer's order total on the right-hand side of the checkout screen. Due to the nature of our business as a secondary marketplace, Tickets-Center does not own or generate any tickets and therefore does not set or control delivery dates. Rather, the estimated delivery date is set by the individual seller of the selected tickets and is dependent upon a number of factors, including when the tickets are released by the primary issuer, with which Tickets-Center has no affiliation. In accordance with our 100% Buyer Guarantee, our customer will be provided with their tickets in time for their event. As it stands we consider this matter closed.     On 10/6/2022 the customer placed an order for REO Speedwagon on 3/15/2023. Please note our verification department has reviewed our customer’s information and did not find any evidence of fraudulent activity related to their purchase. This appears to be a valid order, meaning all billing information links to the personal information provided by our customer at checkout; thus, we must abide by our “All Sales Are Final” policy. We maintain our customer is the sole owner of the tickets that were purchased and sent to their email address. If our customer believes they are a victim of payment fraud, we encourage them to contact their financial institution, or if our customer has any additional concerns regarding their order we welcome them to contact customer service.

    This company is engaging in unfair and potentially deceptive practices. I was sent a direct link to purchase tickets, and thought I was buying from a legitimate official seller. Tickets were over double face value, and the process to redeem these (from a reseller) is very sketchy. I tried once to transfer the tickets and was shown an error message, I believe this is all fraudulent and don’t want these tickets from this reseller and requested a refund, which they refused. I contested the charge through my credit card company, but am also contesting it here. The only resolution I will accept is a full refund. Please be warned, do not purchase anything from this company.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my  issue.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was charged in full but I do not have possession of the tickets. I am not convinced they are valid tickets even if I am able to gain possession, and the concert is many months away. I again request a full refund to resolve this matter.

An electronic transfer email containing the link to the tickets was sent to Mr. Lackowski on March 8th, 2023, shortly after the order was placed. In addition to this current claim, our customer filed a dispute with their credit card company regarding this order. We have addressed this, and the dispute was ultimately ruled in our favor. If our customer has any further questions regarding this dispute, we encourage them to reach out to the financial institution with which it was filed. If our customer is still experiencing difficulty accessing their tickets, we ask that they contact customer support. At this time, we consider this matter closed.

    I purchased tickets for Trevor Noah at the Hippodrome on 3/10/23 as a birthday gift for my husband birthday which is 3/13. I paid $577.00 believing they were thru Ticket master but was routed to Ticket center. On 2/21 less than 3 weeks away I received an email that the event was rescheduled to January 12, 2024! An entire year later I called ticket center on 2/21 was was told I could not get a refund and was told to resell my tickets. The email with the link that showed the date for 2024, had $84.60 as the face value on the tickets. I called ticket center again and asked how could I get the price of my tickets with the face value so low and I paid almost 7 x that amount the rescheduled tickets aren’t viewable for resell because it’s too early. This is predatory and price gorging to to mention unethical business practice. Ticket center should not be allowed to keep funds if an event is rescheduled and/or cancelled for products and services not rendered. I can’t afford to get my husband another gift for a special birthday.

    Due to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, Tickets-Center is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not own inventory; instead, we act as an intermediary between customers and sellers. All tickets listed on our site are owned and priced by individual sellers based on those sellers' assessments of changing factors such as customer demand. This means the price is not based on the tickets' original price, or face value, and may be higher or lower than that original amount. As noted above, the customer placed their order fully aware that they were purchasing resale tickets and that the price paid may not be reflective of the price printed on their tickets. Furthermore, with regard to the customer's event date, it is also outlined in the agreed upon terms that, “If an event is postponed or rescheduled, and the original tickets are valid for entry at the time of the rescheduled event, your order will not qualify for a refund or other compensation.” 

    Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. We maintain that all relevant terms were sufficiently displayed prior to the customer placing their order; as such, we consider this matter closed. If our customer has any additional concerns regarding their order, we encourage them to reach out to our customer service department so that they may be addressed.

    I purchased tickets for a show going to the site and was reverted to this site for purchase. I was charged an additiinal $100 per ticket for this show. This is crazy and a scam.

    Thank you for reaching out to us. At Tickets-Center, we value our customers and would like to take the time to address our customer’s concerns. It should be noted that Tickets-Center is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. The top of every event and ticket listing page clearly states, “Secondary market tickets. Prices may be above face value.”

    Once our customer selected the ticket listing they desired for The Book of Mormon, there they were able to see the tickets available, the Delivery Method and Expected Delivery Date (EAD). Once our customer selects the tickets they prefer, they were presented with the Delivery Method and directed to input their email address. Please note that here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and number of tickets the customer has selected on the right-hand side. This breakdown detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $561.95 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Once our customers input their payment and billing information, they were prompted to click “Continue” and under this button it states: “Your account will not be charged yet.” Then, our customer is required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms stating, “I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars." Below the terms, our customer’s order total breakdown is reiterated.
