    I purchased tickets for a college sporting event. I still had not received the electronic tickets the morning of the event. I contacted them and they told me the seller was going to email them to me in an hour. I never received them. I contacted them again and they called me back saying the seller had additional tickets for $30 less....No thanks! Such scammers... I bought tickets half the price AND better seats on StubHub. I will never use them again!!

    Didn't realize they were resale tickets until after I bought them but with that said, I did receive my tickets promptly. Overall a quick easy transaction. Happy with my purchase.

    This is a very unprofessional
    and uncaring company that sells merchandise before they even have it. I consider myself a victim of theft and manipulation and have tried to rectify this situation for 5 days to no avail. Apparently, this company hides behind people who claim to be customer representatives in the Philippines without any supervisors or management, I have been told. This very simple issue could have been fixed 5 says ago but even the CEO Daniela Culotta and President Save Emmerson do not respond even though they falsely advertise "Customer Satisfaction. " Who is in Charge of the scamming company and can fix this situation?

    Fast delivery! Was able to download tickets right after ordering. Since I am not e-ticket savy the ordering made me a bit nervous but all went well. Now hopefully the same goes when we get to the game. Oh, and I have to agree with other reviewers. Tickets are priced high for where they are in the stadium. Nosebleed section!
