    Do NOT book tickets on this site! We purchased tickets to a musical in Boston 3 months prior to the show and spent $1300. Despite multiple calls & chat sessions with the company they never gave us our tickets- they assured us that they would be transferred before the show- even said that they were processing it several hours before the show, which was a complete lie. And they wouldn’t give me a refund until AFTER the show start time, so I couldn’t even get my money back so that I could try to get tickets elsewhere (I hav family from out of state who came to see the show!)! the show. Total fraud company!!!!!!

    Paid double for concert tickets, hurricane Nicole came and cannot get refund. It does not matter the tickets were for my firefighter paramedic daughter who couldn’t attend due to being on mandatory duty under the state of emergency. Never use this site, overpriced and should not be in business!

    I got tickets an paid 150 for them an went to access the tickets an it said forbidden an wouldn't let me get them so I had to order from another place an this place wouldn't refund my money what a waste of time an money never again

    Scam site. Tickets were bought after the fact and sold to me for 3c’s the amount of face value which is illegal in FL. Looked just like ticket master, but unable to stop purchase and get a refund even though I had not yet received the product. I don’t trust the ticket I have and have to repurchase them at the correct site.
