    Scam. Do not buy from them. Go to the venue and buy direct. They fooled me into believing they were legit. They took my money and said I’d get the tickets in 4 months a day before the event. Nothing I can do. Tickets were triple the amount, I’m so disappointed.

    I purchased tickets to Ballet Hawaii and the tickets have not been delivered. Reviews are bad. Is there a way to put them out of business?

    SCAM! I bought tickets totaling over $500. When you click on the email to get your tickets, it takes you to a fake Ticketmaster site. Since it is not the real Ticketmaster site, your password does not work.The telephone number does not work either.

    Terrible experience. Bought tickets for a show that was postponed then cancelled (Justin Timberlake in Columbus, Ohio), with promises that everyone would receive refunds. Tickets-center.com did not follow through with their responsibility to provide refunds. In fact, multiple phone calls and requests for information were very unproductive. At one point I was hung up on. Please do not get your tickets for anything through this site.

    Let’s talk about the fact that you triple charge on concert events considering you can buy a ticket for $65 in your charging 440 is absolutely outrageous if I could give you a zero I would give you a zero you people should be ashamed of yourself And the fact that you have it shut off so we can’t resell. These is absolutely disgusting. I think a class action lawsuit is about to happen.

    I purchased two tickets to the Pittsburgh Symphony on 6/13/25. The site appeared to be legitimate. Aside from being way overcharged, we were denied entry to the concert because our tickets were fraudulent. I called Tickets-Center.com for resolution and they asked me to fill out forms, which I did. I never got the refund that I requested, nor any further communication. How do these people sleep at night?

    Misrepresents as main ticket provider for event. In the yahoo search engine this site came up first giving the appearance as being the primary site for the event. I clicked on it and bought tickets for a concert for my wife. The tickets were pricey but I knew she wanted to go so I paid. Come to find out that I had been duped and this wasn't the main site for the event. Tickets were about 4 times the amount of the tickets from the main site. I fought the charge through my bank but unfortunately since they do actually provide the tickets there was nothing that I could do. They also had a strict no refund policy, probably because they know that people will eventually figure them out. So while I fought the charges I purchase official tickets through Ticketmaster. Very misleading and probably pays Yahoo.com a lot to be at the top of most of these event searches. Shame on tickets-center and shame on yahoo.

    This place sells high priced tickets and when I purchased a pair for a show on Sept 29, 2025, it was cancelled and rescheduled for Sept. 28, 2026. I contacted them for a refund and they would not refund me. They are in the business of selling tickets but will not refund a customer for a show scheduled 1 year later.

    Stay away, far far away from these crooks.

    Scam. Selling tickets for event that tickets aren’t even sold yet. Website looked like the authentic for Houston Symphony. Realizing this I asked for a refund. No can do.
    Don’t get tricked!
    I would give them 0 stars but that was not an option.

    Tickets are twice as much compared to ordering directly from Ravinia. I was also unable to contact tickets-center directly and speak with live person. Some how tickets-center website looked like Ravinia website and I ordered through Ticket-center.com instead of Ravinia. I also started to receive random cell phone calls after I ordered tickets through tickets-center.com.

    I don't like waiting for ticket confirmation 1 day before the event.
