    My mom attempted to get tickets for Les Miserables on the Fox Theatre website. When she googled “Fox Theatre,” ticket-center.com was the first advertisement on Google. When she entered the website, a picture of the Fox Theatre appeared, further misleading her into thinking that this was a legitimate website for the Fox Theatre. This website needs to clearly indicate that it is not the Fox Theatre and should not use photographs of the Fox Theatre as the banner that displays at the top upon clicking on the page. For an older individual who is susceptible to being misled online, this is intended to make the individual think they are on the right website. Furthermore, when my mom selected the date and time of the show and then continued navigating the website, the website warned that there was limited inventory. There were many other warnings about tickets selling out, act fast, etc., incentivizing an elder individual to pay immediately or risk losing a chance at tickets. Then, when my mom entered the ticket selection page, there was a countdown clock and the message limited tickets available. There is small text at the top of the website that explains in a long-winded manner that the website is for secondary marketplace tickets, but my mom wears reading glasses and squints on her computer and phone and would not notice something like this. It is not large or obvious or clear enough for the elder generation. I am disappointed in these advertising tactics that are specifically designed to deceive older individuals and mislead these individuals to pay many times the fair value of the tickets.

It should be noted that Tickets-Center is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. Our customer has stated that they believed they were purchasing through the website for the venue or of the event itself. However, it should be noted that our web address and website branding are intentionally different from those of any other site. The top of every event and ticket listing page clearly states, “Fast, easy and secure secondary marketplace tickets. Prices may be above or below face value." 

    A message stating, “Site displays resale marketplace tickets. Prices may be above or below face value. Not affiliated with any box office or venue.” is displayed on the top of every page throughout the checkout process. Furthermore, when placing their order our customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to our terms stating,  "I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the order summary below. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars. Some venues may require proof of vaccination or negative COVID test. You are responsible for checking venue health and safety requirements for entry." Below the terms, our customer’s order total breakdown was provided. Directly below the “Place Order” our customer was presented with the message, "By clicking "Place Order", your credit card will be charged $496.65 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees." at which time our customer proceeded to place their order. 
     
    Due to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, Tickets-Center is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not own inventory; instead, we act as an intermediary between customers and sellers. This means that all tickets listed on our site are owned and priced by individual sellers based on those sellers' assessments of changing factors such as customer demand. Since Tickets-Center is a live marketplace ticket availability and listing prices are subject to change based on market demand. Customers are therefore asked to complete their purchases within a designated timeframe to ensure our available listings are as accurate as possible, in real-time. Since Tickets-Center operates independently from the primary market any information customers may see regarding ticket availability will not reflect that of other marketplaces. We maintain that all order details and relevant terms were sufficiently displayed prior to the customer placing their order; as such, the order in question does not qualify for cancellation or compensation.  If our customer has any additional concerns regarding their order, we encourage them to reach out to our customer service department so that they may be addressed.

    Was scammed for ticket sales. They sent me a email to download and print and doesn't work!! They need to be shut down and removed from internet. They have scammed multiple people and has been going on for a while. FIX THE PROBLEM BEFORE SOMETHING TERRIBLE HAPPENS!!!!

    At the time of purchase, in order to complete their order, our customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to our terms stating, "I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the order summary below. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars. [..]" Below the terms, our customer’s order total breakdown was provided. Directly below the “Place Order” button our customer was presented with the message, "By clicking "Place Order", your credit card will be charged $282.48 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees." at which time our customer proceeded to place their order. As a secondary marketplace, Tickets-Center is not affiliated with the artist or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box office; rather, we act as an intermediary between fans and ticket holders. Because our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry.

    It should also be noted, tickets for our customer's event were transferred to the email address they provided during checkout on 4/8/24 at 10:16 AM CST. The email customer received contains instructions to download and print their tickets. We maintain that all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to placing their order; as such, we consider this matter closed. If our customer has any additional concerns regarding their order, we encourage them to reach out to our customer service department so that they may be addressed.

    This is the most disgusting company I’ve done business with in years.
    I bought tickets on accident. Contacted the company immediately. The company would not help me or work with me at all. I paid $580. O0 accidentally buying tickets. Would not refund me. Then told me it I wanted to sell tickets back to them. They could pay me $280.00 for the tickets I just bought accidentally. FRAUD! FRAUDULENT PRACTICE! SHAME on this Business

Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. It must be noted that in addition to this current claim our customer filed a dispute with their financial institution regarding this transaction. We have addressed this and the dispute was ultimately ruled in the customer's favor; as such, no further resolution may be provided. If our customer has any further questions regarding this dispute, we encourage them to reach out to the financial institution with which it was filed. As it currently stands, we consider this matter closed.

    I am currently providing this Information after a conversation with ***** on Mar 23. The order ID is 62677645.

    I seen no disclosure that I wouldn't have the tickets until 2 days before the event-until my Visa was charged. I have requested a refund . Even the initial confirmation E Mail did not disclose this. A second E Mail saying my VISA was charged did.

The top of every event and ticket listing page clearly states, “Independent resale tickets, prices may be above face value.”       

    Once our customer selected the ticket listing they desired for Roy Wood Jr, they were able to see the tickets available. Once selected, they are taken to a page with an in-depth description of their ticket information, event details, ticket quantity, delivery method and any other notes related to the tickets. After confirming their selection, they were directed to input their email address. Please note that here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location and number of tickets the customer has selected on the right-hand side. This breakdown detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $317.50 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Once our customers input their payment and billing information, they were prompted to click “Continue” and under this button it states: “Your account will not be charged yet.” Then, our customer is required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms stating, “I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars.     es the reply from merchant is partially true. I did see all that information - except I have no seat number and my initial complaint about a delivery date is not addressed.There was no notification that my tickets would be held for 3 months prior to Visa charge.  This is deceptive and if I had know this I would not have made the purchase. Below is the confirmation of the purchase with a delivery date two days from the event. This information was only provided once my Visa was debited. If they truly have these tickets then why wait months for them ? . This is  a deceptive ( maybe be fraudulent) practice. If they truly have the tickets than I should have them as I’ve bought them in Match. It stands to reason from the below  E mail that they only informed me at that time- otherwise why stipulate the delivery date  on that receipt? The calls to the help center only resulted in canned messages about policy as well as “ you can always resell the tickets and make money. Respectfully  Subject Ticket Transfer Update for Order #62677645From Tickets-Center.com <orders@tickets- center.com>To: <****************> Date Mar 21 at 8:51 AM  Will, your order is confirmed!This email is not your ticket. All our customers are guaranteed to receive their tickets in time for their event. The seller who list on our site, purchase their tickets directly from the primary market and list their inventory on our platform, this assures our customer's receive valid and authentic tickets. We have abided by the agreed terms, therefore we are unable to offer our customer compensation. It is important to note that our customer will receive their tickets in time for their event, per our Buyer's guarantee.     Order number 62317353. I purchased the ticket to see Bad Bunny on March 26th, 2024, yesterday March 8th, 2024. For two tickets, i paid a total of $697.50. Luckily I also purchased ticket insurance for $43.60. Total purchase price of 741.10 The business was committed to providing me my tickets for which I paid. Apparently, they were committed to contacting me, via my phone, for phone verification within 24 hours. They waited till the 24 hour mark ( which was 3:45 pm) and called me. Unfortunately, I was not near my phone and did not answer. Apparently they were committed to canceling my ticket. As was explained to me and told that nothing could be done for me, other than return my money in 3-5 business days. I was not allowed to talk to the verification center nor was I allowed to speak to supervisor. They did not attempt to resolve the situation nor provide any sort of costumer service to insure that I got what I purchased.

If the order cannot be confirmed before the verification time frame closes, our team must cancel the order as a step in the fraud prevention process. All customers must agree to our terms of use prior to placing an order, which state in part: "we reserve the right to cancel your order at any time for any reason, in which event we will provide you a full refund of the price paid for the ticket and all services charges and delivery fees. Insurance costs are not refundable." Any pending hold for the order total on Mr. ********'s account would have been lifted, and Mr. ******** has no active order with our company at this time. As such, we consider this matter closed.

    I purchased the parking reservation for the Blue Man Group show on Feb 22, 2024. After the show I was not able to find anyone at the exit booth to help me with the paid parking. The Order number is 61770191.

    I went to the hotel where it was located on the first floor of the building. The concierge provided a phone number to the garage. The phone just rang, no one picked up the phone at 800-295-5364.
    I paid the fee and was able to leave the garage.

    The next morning I called the same number, this time I talked to the operator and he said he cannot help me. I asked if I can talk to the supervisor or manager on duty and was told they are not available.

    As of now, I paid for the same parking twice. I lost $108.95 to ticketcenter.com

    I tried to contact with my concerns on their website ticketcenter.com/contact-us. I have not heard back from them, and it has been more a week. This is no way to run a business.

As a secondary marketplace, Tickets-Center is not affiliated with the venue or parking lot and does not generate passes as a primary box office; rather, we act as an intermediary between fans and ticket holders. With regard to the customer's experience at their event, unforeseen issues experienced due to fault of the venue or parking lot are outside the purview of Tickets-Center. Tickets and parking passes on our site are listed by sellers who have purchased tickets from the venue or other marketplace. Because our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. While we regret that our customer had a unsatisfactory experience at their event, since the parking pass provided to our customer was valid for use should the lot attendant been available, the customer's order does not qualify for compensation. If our customer has any further concerns we encourage them to contact the customer care team.

    I went online on February 26 to purchase tickets to the National / War on Drugs concer at the Mann Cente on Sept 17. I thought I was going to the ticketmaster website, but was directed to the ticketscenter website, which indicated it had tickets for presale. I paid $1003.50 for 6 lawn tickets (order #61949888). However, when I got the receipt e-mail, they indicated that they would not be providing the tickets up until 2 days before the concert. Also, the tickets were not even yet available at the time that the transaction was made, (pre-sale started February 27), so it is impossible for ticketscenter to be "reselling" tickets the day before the pre-sale even opened. This is a scam. As a result, it is impossible that they even had tickets at the time. I called their help line to get a refund and was refused, despite this being a scam. I disputed the charge on my credit card and submitted a complaint to the Pennsylvania attorney general.

    On February 5th 2024 I purchased two tickets to a Maria Bamford comedy show in Oxnard Ca. The show was scheduled for March 3rd 2024. We arrived at the show only to discover the show had been canceled due to illness and rescheduled for June 2nd 2024. Unfortunately we are not going to be available on that date. I contacted ticket center and was advised they could not refund the 210.95 for the tickets due to being a second party issuer and I could resell the tickets. This is such a scam. Reselling these tickets are a joke, plus being a senior citizen I am nervous about doing these kind of transactions.

    Customers will be appropriately compensated for any event which is cancelled and is not planned to be rescheduled. If, rather than cancelling, an event organizer postpones an event, we must adhere to the terms of use agreed to at the time of sale, which state, “If an event is postponed or rescheduled, and the original tickets are valid for entry at the time of the rescheduled event, your order will not qualify for a refund or other compensation.” At this time, our customer’s event is still considered postponed. We are continuing to monitor this event, and we will notify our customer should any changes in the event status occur.

    Ordered wrong tickets on accident. The website has a 10:00 minute counter going seating you will lose tickets. Makes you hurry through the process. Called the company to issue a refund because they are the wrong tickets for a concert. They will not issue a refund for an event in 8 months!

    Once our customer selected the ticket listing they desired for NEEDTOBREATHE, they were able to see the tickets available. Once selected, they are taken to a page with an in-depth description of their ticket information, event details, ticket quantity, delivery method and any other notes related to the tickets. After confirming their selection, they were directed to input their email address. Please note that here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and number of tickets the customer has selected on the right-hand side. This breakdown detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $618.95 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Once our customers input their payment and billing information, they were prompted to click “Continue” and under this button it states: “Your account will not be charged yet.” Then, our customer is required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms stating, “I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars. Some venues may require proof of vaccination or negative COVID test. You are responsible for checking venue health and safety requirements for entry." Below the terms, our customer’s order total breakdown is reiterated. Directly below the “Place Order” our customer was presented with the message, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your credit card will be charged $618.95 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" at which time our customer proceeded to place their order.

    Due to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, Tickets-Center is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not own inventory; instead, we act as an intermediary between customers and sellers. All prices listed on our site are done so by the individual seller, not Tickets-Center, based on their personal assessments regarding a range of factors including customer demand. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry.

    Prior to receiving this claim we thoroughly discussed this matter with our customer to address all of their concerns. We maintain that all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to placing their order; as such, we consider this matter closed. If our customer has any additional concerns regarding their order, we encourage them to reach out to our customer service department so that they may be addressed.

    This site represents itself as the primary site for tickets. The tickets are priced significantly higher than the open market but their marketing and website are built to be deceptive and trick people into buying higher prices tickets

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my  issue.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The company claims to not own the inventory, however there is no way for external parties to post tickets for sale on their site. They are merely a scalper, posing as a reseller site. They also represent themselves as the primary sale site through misleading appearances.  If they can show me how to post tickets for sale as a reseller in their site, I will drop the complaint but it simply is not true.

    Thank you for responding. We appreciate the opportunity to further address our customer's concerns. As stated in our previous response, several disclaimers are made throughout the ticket selection and checkout processes, as well as within our terms which customers must state that they have read and agreed to, stating that we are a secondary ticket marketplace and in no way affiliated with the primary market. This includes a message next to a check-box, which customers must select prior to placing their order, which reads in part: "I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue."

    Tickets-Center.com works only with a network of trusted sellers with a proven track record of providing valid, authentic tickets in time for events. This is in order to maintain the validity of the tickets provided through our service, and do everything within our power to uphold our buyer's guarantee, which is outlined in our terms. There is not currently an avenue for potential sellers who are not already in our network to join as a reseller, nor does this fact invalidate the fact that we are a ticket resale marketplace where inventory listed by individual resellers is displayed.

    In addition to this current claim, our customer has filed a dispute with their PayPal account regarding this order. We are unable to provide a resolution to this matter while this dispute remains open due to the nature of the dispute process. We encourage our customer to contact the institution with which the dispute was filed in relation to any questions they may have regarding its process or outcome. As it currently stands, we consider this matter closed.
