    I purchased tickets to the river Cree performance by skid row and buck cherry. The site stated the price was $515.50. They charged me $1.34 four times then $688.27? I would like my credit card refunded the difference

The top of every event and ticket listing page clearly states, “Fast, easy and secure secondary marketplace tickets. Prices may be above or below face value." 

    At the time of purchase, in order to complete their order, our customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to our terms stating, "I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the order summary below. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars. [...]." Below the terms, our customer’s order total breakdown was provided. Directly below the “Place Order” button our customer was presented with the message, "By clicking "Place Order", your credit card will be charged $515.50 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees." at which time our customer proceeded to place their order. 

    Due to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, Tickets-Center is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not own inventory; instead, we act as an intermediary between customers and sellers. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. Please see noted above that the order total shown at checkout is in USD which is noted in the terms. A such, the amount charged to the customer's credit card would be subject to the currency conversion rate. If our customer has any additional concerns regarding their order, we encourage them to reach out to our customer service department so that they may be addressed.

    I purchased 3 tickets on 7/30/23. I paid $505.50 for the baseball game tickets, but I wanted to cancel my order on 8/2/23. I called the customer center; they asked for the reason and rejected the cancellation request. I requested to speak with their manager, but they informed me that they are an escalation team and no manager was available. Whenever I tried to reach out to their manager, they repeated the same response, suggesting that I sell the tickets through social media.

    Once our customer selected the ticket listing they desired for Texas Rangers at San Francisco Giants, they were able to see the tickets available and the Delivery Method. After confirming their selection, they were directed to input their email address. Please note that here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and number of tickets the customer has selected on the right-hand side. This breakdown detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $505.50 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Once our customers input their payment and billing information, they were prompted to click “Continue” and under this button it states: “Your account will not be charged yet.” Then, our customer is required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms stating, “I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars." Below the terms, our customer’s order total breakdown is reiterated. Directly below the “Place Order” our customer was presented with the message, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your credit card will be charged $505.50 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" at which time our customer proceeded to place their order.

All prices listed on our site are done so by the individual seller, not Tickets-Center, based on their personal assessments regarding a range of factors including customer demand. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry.

    Prior to receiving this claim we thoroughly discussed this matter with our customer to address all of their concerns. We maintain that all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to placing their order; as such, we consider this matter closed.     I placed an order for tickets to see dave chappelle sept 8th 2023. I received 2 emails. I can not download or find my tickets. When i click on contact us or view order status nothing happens. There is no way to contact the so called company! I want a refund for my tickets. I paid $423.70

    We would like to ensure our customer that every order placed on our site is backed by our Buyer Guarantee, which means that their tickets will be authentic, valid for entry, and delivered prior to the event. This guarantee is outlined within our terms which is available for review during the checkout process.

    Due to the nature of our business as a secondary marketplace, Tickets-Center does not set or control delivery dates. Rather, the estimated delivery date is set by the individual seller of the selected tickets and is dependent upon when the tickets are released by the primary issuer, with which Tickets-Center has no affiliation. In this case, the estimated delivery date is 9/7/23. In accordance with our 100% Buyer Guarantee, our customer will be provided with their tickets in time for their event. 

    Because our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are typically unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry and agreed to by the customer at checkout. As all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to our customer placing their order, and the tickets are set to be delivered prior to their event, we consider this matter closed. If our customer has any additional concerns pertaining to their order, we encourage them to contact our customer service department.

    Thank you for responding. We appreciate the opportunity to provide further clarification. The tickets our customer purchased have not yet been sent by the seller. Nevertheless, our customer is backed by our Buyer Guarantee which promises tickets will be delivered prior to their event. As previously stated, these tickets are expected to be delivered on or before 9/7/23. As a secondary marketplace, we do not control this estimated delivery date, but we can ensure that we are closely monitoring the order to ensure it is properly fulfilled. In the meantime, we encourage our customer to regularly monitor their email for the ticket transfer. If they have further questions about the delivery process or their order in general, we encourage them to contact our customer service department.

    On 7/29/2023, I bought one ticket for Stockyards Championship from TicketsCenter. It is the first sponsored website showing after google searching. The ticket price is $ 118.53. The order number is 55817722. When I requested a cancel and refund, they refused to do that and only suggest to resale the ticket by myself. I have never met any case like this when an order can't be cancelled. They must clearly tell the customers on the purchase webpage if anything is non-refundable, instead of hiddening the cancel policy information at the most bottom of the page. The arrangement of the purchase information and cancel information (as shown in the attached image) is a fraud stratagem to mislead the customers to place an order before every information is clear to detect, since they can only be seen together when zooming out the page.

I will not recomment this ticket website to anyone. Their commercial stratege to use minimized typo to display some important information and the intentioally designed webpage arrangement to hide the refund policy are shameless. I don't want to receive any messages from this company any more since it destroyed my good time. Meanwhile, I would request to display my complaint online if possible.

    On 7/28/2023, I purchased what I thought were 4 tickets to see Penn & Teller for the Stephens Auditorium in Ames, IA for Oct. 1. All pages of the transaction stated Penn & Teller and there was nowhere on the site that made it clear that this show was not for that group - in fact, Penn & Teller are performing in Las Vegas that same date. When the tickets arrived via TicketMaster, they were for a completely different show called The Foolers where it specifically states that Penn & Teller would not be present at the show.
    I would like to be reimbursed for this purchase as the tickets were misrepresented - in fact, there were two different line items on the site making it seem like the Penn & Teller show and the Foolers show were completely different. I have attached screen prints of the site and what it showed step-by-step where it never said it was anything other than Penn & Teller and you can see clearly on the first screen the 2 different shows listed (Penn & Teller and The Foolers).
    I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this situation.

    This company posted an advertisement making it look like a news article for WKYT television in Lexington Ky. The ad appeared in my Facebook feed and looked like it was WKYT announcing Dave Chappelle concert coming to lexington Ky. It had a link to what looked like Rupp Arena which is the venue. So I thought I was purchasing tickets directly from Rupp Arena. It literally looked like the Rupp arena website. I put in that I was looking for 2 tickets and thought the price shown was for the two tickets but it turns out it was for each ticket so when I completed the purchase, the cost was double what I had anticipated. The. I received an email from tickets-center which I had never heard of nor intended to do business with. I contacted Rupp Arena directly and they said that it was a scam, they use ticket master. They said they received a lot of calls with similar situation as mine. I feel the websites were deceptive, the disclosures were vague and so was the pricing. I tried the contact us links on their two emails and they did not work and their was no phone number. I replied to one of the emails and received an auto response with a link to chat. I utilized that chat to tell them I wanted to cancel the order and they refused to do so. Telling me I can resell the tickets and my only avenue of recourse. I wasn’t satisfied with this outcome. I did not accept the tickets at this time and hope for a refund. Thank you.

    In attempting to purchase concert tickets via Ticketmaster, the website "tickets-center.com" was boosted to the top of the search engine return via paid service, and I mistakenly clicked on it.

    I realized my mistake immediately after completing the purchase, and reached out to the Customer Service line at (800) 259-5354. I was told that under no circumstances would they issue a cancellation of the pending hold on my card, or a refund.

    I have been through 6 calls over about 5 hours since July 23rd to the 24th, and have been bounced between call centers in India, and the "escalation point" in Dallas, TX. At each turn, I have been told that no manager/supervisor was available to address my request, and they would not be voiding the transaction. They also throw out random times about "how long it will take to dispute charges with your bank" to try and discourage you. Their script is inconsistent however, with some representatives saying 4 weeks, and others say as many as 12.

    I have reached out to the legal contact email given as well [email protected] and have yet to receive a response.

    This should not be allowed to happen to anyone else. The dishonest representation of the services, and the constant stonewalling is appalling.

    Who this company is, and what they are doing to consumers needs to be exposed.

    While I want a cancellation and refund, exposing this company and their practices is just as important.

    Transaction Date: 7/14/23, Amount Paid: $82.95. I was babysitting and the child I let play games on my laptop used the saved card to make the ticket purchase without my consent. I reached out to customer service while the charge was still pending and I had not gotten the email to accept the tickets and they refused to help me. I did research on the website and feel like their marketing is extremely predatory and that the sell the products under false pretenses. I still have not downloaded any tickets so I do not even have them physically or digitally. When you go onto the site, it says that the tickets you are buying are "selling out fast" or "there are only a few left" this is a lie because the tickets bought are still very much available and not selling out fast. They also use fire emojis and other popups to block suspicious wording and their predatory terms. Additionally, they use the popups to hide the fact that they are able to send you tickets up to the day before the event. Many people have had problems with this extreamily sketchy website and people who dispute these charges are left without tickets and no refund.

    In order to complete an order on our site customers must complete an interactive multi-step process that requires the customer to input information at several points. On 7/14/2023 our customer completed a purchase for the Dayton Dragons at Fort Wayne Tincaps game in accordance with the following checkout process. Once our customer selected their event they also selected the ticket listing they preferred then were presented with the ticket delivery method. After selecting a delivery method they were directed to input their email address. Please note that here customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and number of tickets the customer has selected on the right-hand side. This summary also detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $82.95 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Once our customer input their payment and billing information, they were prompted to click “Continue” and under this button it states: “Your account will not be charged yet.” Then, our customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to the terms stating, “I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the order summary below. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars. [...]" Below the terms, our customer’s order total breakdown was provided. Directly below the “Place Order” our customer was presented with the message, "By clicking "Place Order", your credit card will be charged $82.95 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees." at which time our customer proceeded to place their order.
     
    Due to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, Tickets-Center is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not own inventory; instead, we act as an intermediary between customers and sellers. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. As it stands we consider this matter closed. If our customer has any additional concerns regarding their order, we encourage them to reach out to our customer service department so that they may be addressed.

    My husband ordered tickets for a baseball game from this company, who I believe misrepresented themselves as a verified seller of tickets for the team in question. We only purchase tickets from verified sellers, we never use scalping or resale services. We never would have purchased these tickets if the company had correctly represented themselves as a scalping company. Their site was the first search result on Google and the site itself displays their affiliation as a secondary seller in a subtle banner that is not intended to catch the consumer's eye. They then have a no refunds policy on any ticket sold, so they can keep the exorbitant fee they charge per ticket. They are obfuscating their business practices and deliberately misleading customers.

    Once our customer selected the ticket listing they desired for Round Rock Express at El Paso Chihuahuas, they were able to see the tickets available and the Delivery Method. After confirming their selection, they were directed to input their email address. Please note that here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and number of tickets the customer has selected on the right-hand side. This breakdown detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $220.49 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Once our customers input their payment and billing information, they were prompted to click “Continue” and under this button it states: “Your account will not be charged yet.” Then, our customer is required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms stating, “I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars."     I did not realize the site I was purchasing from was a third-party ticket site. I was not informed that the tickets had to be transferred to me. I received an email the next day, after the charge showed up as pending on my card, that I wouldn’t even have access to the tickets until 2 days before the concert. I feel uneasy that I had no guarantee of receiving the tickets AND my card had already been charged. I contacted costumer service and asked for a refund. The online chat person told me that was not possible. Overall, this website seems suspicious and I will have my guard up in the future when buying tickets online. All I want now is my money back because I haven’t even received the product and who knows if I ever will.
