    "I purchase my Xbox x to primarily train on the Microsoft flight simulator 2020, the game continuously keep crashing contacted technical support a couple of times and they were hopeless, the last two technical support representative told me that a supervisor will call me back because I needed to upgrade to Microsoft flight simulator 2024 and they would help me to get the upgrade since I'm having so many problems with 2020 they completely lied you called back they put you on hold on the phone just keep getting disconnected, I tried filing a complaint with BBB and that was hopeless basically I wasted nearly $1,000 with no help." ...
