    For the 2nd year in a row tried to schedule an AC system preventive maintenance tune-up in the spring, prompted by HARP’s email reminders. Last year they could not schedule the advertised service until the end of summer, I passed. This year I called in April and was told nothing was available until August, which I scheduled. The day before the scheduled service they called to cancel saying they had too many emergency calls. They offered the service next May. HARP sends emails almost daily advertising their services and support. It is ridiculous to wait months or up to a year to get routine preventative service.

    The technician that serviced our boiler was. Outstanding!!! He willingly traveled 40 minutes to pick up parts and came back and finished the job the same day. Very impressive!!!

    We purchased a new AC in August 2023. After several failed attempts, they finally installed it in October 2023.

    July 2024, our new AC is flooding our unit and the unit below us.

    You schedule a service call, you beg, you threaten… nothing. We can’t even get a service technician.

    Our unit came with a 10 year warranty…. I dare you to find a phone number or contact to execute that warranty. Personally, I feel scammed. They are misleading, unprofessional, dishonest and incompetent.

    Don’t be a fool… use anyone else.

    I scheduled a furnace maintenance appointment before winter, and everything was confirmed. However, I later received a call stating they had too many emergency calls and couldn't make it. Months later, when they finally came, they left my furnace broken and left me without heat. When I called them for help and to return back to my house, they made me wait until the next day to address the issue, despite likely causing the problem themselves (which they confirmed they did). What kind of customer service is that? It's especially frustrating considering I WAS enrolled in their monthly program, which seems to offer no advantage.
    Their website boasts about being "always open" with online scheduling and same-day visits, but my experiences contradict this entirely. I have no intention of booking anything with HARP again. It's baffling how they retain customers with such poor service standards. Additionally, during their last visit, the technician didn't even wear the booties over their shoes, a detail they emphasize on their website.
    To add to the frustration, I've now booked an A/C maintenance for 06/20/2024 and received confirmation for a visit between 8 AM and 12 PM and took the day off to be home!! Today, however, I received a call citing the same excuse of too many emergencies, and they can't schedule anything until November. This inconsistency is unacceptable.

    I booked A/C maintenance in February. It is now June and they've canceled 2X. No call back, much less an apology for tying up my time. Now, it's near impossible to find another service provider. Harp - Customer No Home Services!!!!!

    Their marketing/advertising communications are deceptive.
    They entice current and potential new customers with discounted specials/coupons.
    When you contact the company to schedule an appointment, unless it’s an emergency, available appointments are months out.
    I called the company today, May 1st for the A/C service and was told that the earliest appointment in my area is October 14!!!
    I was transferred to a very rude dispatcher who stated she was scheduling August appointments!
    Are you kidding me, summer will be just about over in August. I did not call to have my furnace serviced for the winter, I need A/C during the summer.
    I purchased and paid for an entire HVAC system a little more than three years ago and have experienced scheduling issues ever since.
    They were available to install a new system within 24 hours after the sales appointment however, there is always lag and/or cancellations when it comes to less expensive services.
    It appears to me that their business model is focused on sales but not customer satisfaction/retention.
    I guess if I run my A/C this summer and it breaks down, they will send someone to service the unit ASAP at a cost to me.
    So frustrating!!!

    Harp is the worst company to deal with hands down! I’m cancelling all of my business with them. I would never recommend them to anyone. Worst HVAC business ever!

    Do not use Harp. We made an appointment for a cleaning on our furnace and the first 2 times they canceled due to an employee being sick and a pending snow storm. Tonight we had our 3rd appointment and we waited around from 4pm to 8pm and no one showed or called. My appointment was confirmed yesterday via a text and an email. If I could leave zero stars I would, They should not be promoting a business at a home show if they can't back up their appointments. We will be looking for another company.

    Do not use Harp! They are dishonest . We were told that we needed a new furnace on a routine yearly check. After several other heating companies came out... we realized our furnace is fine. It is still working perfectly almost a year after the technician told us the heat exchanger was compromised . I would use less than 1 star on this rating if I could.

    If I could leave zero stars I would. I called Harp in May 2023 to set up a routine cleaning in the Fall for our heater. I was told I needed to call back in August to schedule. I called August 1st and requested an appointment. The receptionist basically laughed at me and said they were completely booked until December 15. I was annoyed because this was when I was told to call back to make an appointment but accepted the December 15th appointment. A few days before, I called to confirm and was told a technician would arrive between 8-12. The day of my apppointment, Harp canceled until January. In January, I was given no confirmation or advanced notice that a technician was on the way and was not home when they arrived, causing me to have to reschedule AGAIN. This is an extremely unprofessional business practice and I would not recommend Harp for service.
